I thought it was a decent performance as well, even more so since a lot of those guys played at the weekend and were thrown in last minute. Some tough decisions to be made now. Starting front row for me has to be Sutherland, LCD and Furlong, but the bench looks difficult and a bit weak to be honest. Second row is Henderson and Itoge. I actually think Watson might have nailed that number 7, Curry was ok today, but not better. Rest of the back row is anyone's guess, especially No8 where nobody has really shone. In the backs I think Price has played a lot, and played well. Murray has had one very average game and Davies has barely played. Fly half is up for grabs, centres anybodies guess and back three Adams, VDM and LRZ are ripping it up while Watson and Williams have barely played.

Anyone think Daly's kicking from the dead ball has been pretty shite? I'd fancy Russell or Farrell to have made more meters.

Price has been great again. He's really laying down a marker and is going to be hard to ignore for a test spot.

I agree, might depend on how well Sutherland and Harris go in their next games respectively, but Sutherland was better than both Wyn Jones and Vunipola so far. Harris might depend on if Henshaw can move to 12, but can see it happening. Only downside for me is that I reckon if Harris plays, Russell does not. Russell only gets in for me if the 10/12 for him and Farrell works, and Farrell was so far off the pace yesterday that it's hard to see it. It's a shame because a 9-13 of Murray, Biggar, Henshaw/Aki and Harris/Henshaw looks so one paced and lumpen, but can see it a mile off.

There was actually only one player who didn't really play very well at all, made quite a few mistakes and should have really hurt his chances and that's Owen Farrell. He was the real odd one out in the starting backs and struggled to get on the same wavelength as everyone around him. Had some shocking missed tackles as well. If he'd been Scottish you wouldn't be seeing him again on this tour.

I think this team are done though. They just want it to end.

This front row were bad when they came on against Japan and it's not going a whole lot better here.

Russell is having the time of his life. He's clearly been told to just do what he wants and try everything.

Some start from the Scottish boys in this Lions game. Hogg taking two high balls, Price and Russell running the game, Watson has scored and Harris has assisted. Only 7 mins gone! Not sure this team they are playing are up to much to be fair.

I love dogs, but they really only belong in pubs under certain circumstances, those being when it's a spit and sawdust pub and the dog belongs to an old regular and sits quietly under his seat, or in the countryside pub when the dog belongs to the landlord and is a local celebrity. Hipster dogs are the fucking plague of Glasgow right now. If you are that desperate for an annoying, noisy burden that you have to take with you everywhere and inflict on members of the public whilst expecting them to be as fascinated with their beauty as you are, then you might as well skip the dog and just go straight to having children.

Yeah, it looked like it. I thought Hogg was really good when he came on. Nowell was too easy for Quinn's to play against. Just watched the Lions game. DVM getting some amount of stick from the commentators, for no real reason I can see. They actually blamed him for a knock on that was clearly Liam Williams. I also thought the drop off in quality between the starting and the finishing front row was quite something.

Wonder if Baxter might think about picking his best players next time....

The game is also pretty shite. The shooting, hacking and stealth are all shite, and the driving is even worse than that. I don't even think it suits being first person. I personally found it a real chore to play and chucked it halfway through, and I was desperate to like it.

Season tickets thing is quite the f**k up really isn't it? I'm not sure it's entirely the clubs fault, but it's definitely going to cost them a fair few renewals.
