Yeah, i was a fan of the white away kit we had a couple of seasons ago. The club usually give us an clue with the OS colour scheme but I see its been stripped back to a plain scheme. Hoping the amber and black in the announcement graphic is an indication of the colours

Two very different players. Lars was a battering ram and was signed by Livi as a potential Dykes replacement. Polatnik has a bit more guile about him. Likes the ball into feet but can mix it in the air considering his size. He's like a less skillful version of JET but has more work rate. That what he does well...get the ball into his feet and get lads running off him. Think he'll do well for you guys, I really like him but we didn't play to his strengths

I was up on the hill and as far as I could see we played pretty well in the first half without ever really getting out of first gear. Anderson looks like Scott Robinson and seems to be our type of player. Ayo is gonna be a cult hero...he's head and shoulders above everyone and looks really useful, took his goal really well too. Second half we lost a lot of rhythm with the changes and it seemed we were experimenting a bit more. They're keeper made a few decent stops in the second half. Montano's contract at port vale only ended a couple of days ago so he has only just joined up with the side. Devlin carrying a knock from what I've heard. We have another friendly in a couple of days so I'd imagine there will be a lot of rotation and the players that weren't involved today might make an appearance then.

Who told you that? McCrorie had 2 or 3 games where he looked a capable keeper, most others he looked so far off the pace with virtually zero presence in his own box. I would have been more comfortable with Ross Stewart in goals if i'm honest. There must be a decent keeper in there with all the reviews from Rangers and QoS fans but we didn't see that at Livi. He's some way below the level Liam Kelly or Zander Clark are currently performing at. I can't understand why Steve Clarke didn't take Kelly or Clark as the third keeper over McLaughlin who, although a good keeper, hasn't been first choice for his club and falls into the same over 30s category as our other 2 keepers. The chances of the third keeper even getting near the pitch is slim to zero so what harm would it have caused to take one of the better performing young Scottish keepers to get them in and around the international set up and looking to the future? We persisted with the same old boys all over the park for so long to no avail, guys like Brown, Mulgrew, Fletcher, Whittaker etc when we should have been looking at bedding in younger guys. It's something England do really well and it's great to see Paterson, Gilmour and Turnbull being included in our squad as it shows we may be heading that way.

it's not really breaking news as the move has been mooted since early last week and it' still not confirmed. It's probably a good move for him as he'll get more game time but I'd like to have seen him go to the continent...Barcelona would suit him to a tee. I think a lot of that would have been down to the cup final run up and subsequent loss. There was also the issue of Scott Robinson upsetting the apple cart by being a moaning faced wee dick. Our success was always built on a good team atmosphere which was disrupted by that dick and covid. As has already been said, I don't think Guthrie will be as big a loss as people think. His mistakes led to a lot of goals against us last season but he got a free pass from a lot of fans due to having been the POTY the previous season. Halkett and Gallagher were a much bigger loss. I'd be more than happy with that tbh....party time in my gaff if we finish 9th

I think the Robert/Burke rumours are nonsense....Burke could maybe do a job but doubt he'd have the energy to fit into the team ahead of Mullin/Forrest/Sibbald. The Airdrie fans don't seem overly fussed about potentially losing Robert and all the teams that have lost interest speaks volumes for me. Can't see many more signings other than maybe a CB coming in now.

Wonder if we might see Forrest playing off the right hand side. He has a cracking right foot so always tries to cut inside. Perhaps driving down the right and getting crosses in will suit him and give Mullin a bit of competition

Aye Stewart is a strange on. Seems a decent guy but pretty hopeless at this level. Think we're tracking a keeper from Norwich and we're also linked with Nikolay Todorov from ICT. If we lose Guthrie I'd expect we'd sign another CB.
