  1. It's basically a massive crossbow that doesn't look very mobile and takes longer to re-load.
  2. We've got a better team this time around and are fighting for the title against a weaker team than the one Dunfermline had. It's a long and hard season for sure but I'm confident of winning the title.
  3. We have done some great business thanks for noticing. Same could be said for you lot when you played us last season. The 1-1 draw at Starks and the 1-0 defeat at Somerset Raith were dreadful.
  4. Not cocky Confident, because we've got a better squad of players than Raith do. It's as simple as that.
  5. I said that if you don't actually see a character die then there's a good chance they may come back. You pointed out that because we didn't see Stannis die then he may come back but if you take in the fact that we saw Brienne attack him, we've seen her since, she said he was dead pretty much confirmed he's dead. He's probably the exception to the rule. Would be good if his body wasn't burned and he is out there as a zombified Stannis.
  6. No because it was the obvious that he was killed. The Hound isn't obvious because Arya just left him so he could've been lying there for a while before dying. We just presumed he was dead but it's hardly going to show you Brienne swinging a sword at him and not killing him.
  7. Yeah for a main character like that they would have to. Same with the Hound in season 4 when people thought he was dead, could never understand why they would just kill him off like that. It was a brilliant fight sequence but if he was to be killed off we should've seen it.
  8. Was it not the two Sand Snakes hanging off the ship. It's not like GOT to kill people off camera, they like to make it obvious.
  9. Minor detail but I don't remember seeing the Mountain in the last episode. Is there a chance he's been sent to Casterly Rock in anticipation of any attacks? Probably unlikely as he's Cersei's bodyguard but having kill numerous Unsullied with a swing of his sword then crushing Grey Worms head in one hand sounds plausible.
  10. Don't think so Cersei, Ilyn Payne, Melisandre, The Mountain and Beric Dondarrion are the only ones left. Cersei and Melisandre and the only ones she's got a chance of killing since Beric can come back, Ilyn Payne isn't in the show anymore and no one knows how to kill the Mountain.
  11. Btw love how Jon channelled his inner Ned to strangle Littlefinger against the wall. Same way Ned did it outside the brothel in season 1. Northern lads do it best.
  12. I'm not saying I don't want Arya to kill Cersei but how is she supposed to get into Kings Landing, into the Red Keep, close enough to Cersei and then kill her all without being noticed and captured. I know she can do the thing with the faces but unless she gets Jaime's face and kills her when they're about to shag I can't see how going to Kings Landing wouldn't be a death trap for her. I reckon she'll go to Winterfell, have a Stark reunion with Sansa, wait for Jon to come back, even bigger reunion, wait for Bran, fucking huge reunion. Then live out the rest of there lives happily ever after at Winterfell and let Tormund and Brienne deal with the White Walkers.
  13. Did Varys not play a part in helping Dany and her brother escape Westeros? I'm pretty sure that was mentioned in one of the episodes. Sounds like she should be more grateful to him. On top of all that he's brought in half her army with the Dornish and the Tyrells.
  14. What is Bronn up to btw? I'm dying for a Tyrion and Bronn reunion and now that Tyrion is back in Westeros it's now looking like they may see each other again. Albeit on different sides of the war.
  15. I've had a few ideas myself but after seeing the trailer for the new episode it's been narrowed down to two possibilities for me. Not saying anything until I've seen it though.
  16. Don't worry m8 We've both got 4 games against Arbroath this season so I'm sure he'll pop up again at some point. Shame you've muted him tho but I understand as an Airdrie fan you'll have much bigger worries ahead of the new season.
  17. Wilko would chop you're head off though. That's more his style.
  18. Wilko Johnson was in a band called Dr Feelgood who were quite famous in the 70s. He was around at the time when "punk" music was becoming popular and he's thought of as a big influence on that type of music being so well known. He also played Ilyn Payne the executioner in the first couple of seasons. Think he's got cancer now which is why he's not been back in it.
  19. It's hardly a reason to stop watching one of the best TV shows going around right now. You could say that most of the actors that have a role are never off the radio or tele when the new series is starting.
  20. Aye I'd only recognise the main guy if I saw him and even then I only know his first name.
  21. One of the guys from Coldplay played in the band at the Red Wedding but I never noticed him.
  22. I know some fans may be struggling to get over Sheeran in that scene but he's not the last celeb appearance. Unless I've been misinformed does the Notorious Connor McGregor not make a cameo at some point?
