Watched Suicide Squad last week. Absolute garbage. Still no idea what happened. 2/10 Although I watched the new Bourne film last night and thought it was pretty good. Definitely better than the last one but made me really want to watch the original trilogy. 6/10

Doubt it now, we just signed another centre half today which means we've now got 4 players who can play there. Would've liked to have him but don't think we've got much left in the budget for him.

It's bad that I can't decide if I'm more excited for this than I am for the Ayrshire derby on Friday. Don't get like this over TV shows but I'm bloody hyped.

Exactly Last season a lot of our fans weren't happy with Conrad Balatoni when he effectively told some guy standing in the terracing to shut up. The guy had been standing in the same spot all season, spouting the same shite and generally being pretty horrible to any under performing players. Some fans knew the guy and defended Balatoni but most of them took the attitude that the guy was paying money to watch garbage and he was perfectly justified in what he was saying. Added also that Balatoni was being paid by the club so he had no right to confront the supporter. Imo it doesn't matter how you're being paid or how badly you're playing it doesn't give someone the right to come to what is basically your workplace and shout abuse at you.

I know Barry Smith isn't the best manager but surely he's not been so stupid as to do that. If he has done that then he deserves to get sacked if you don't go back up. Buchanan and Spence alone won't be enough to win the league.

You should still be looking at better players than that, we've just been relegated and none of our signings have looked as poor as that.

Didn't know he'd left Montrose so soon, where does he stay out of interest ?

Think we had offered him a chance to do pre season with us but he had already agreed to sign for Montrose. Would've been a good signing at this level.

From that list it might be McGlaughlin as McCall wants another forward. Always liked Stuart Bannigan and would love to have him back.

The way things ended with him I doubt it. Started pretty well with a goal on his debut but then didn't score again for about 2 months. Seemed to have a bit of quality as he was fairly quick and didn't get pushed off the ball but had zero end product. The first player I've seen for Ayr to miss an open net from about 5 yards out. The fans had enough when he faked an injury to get off the pitch when things weren't going his way. McCall didn't play him after that. Hopefully this lad whoever he is can offer a bit more if he signs.

Have you any idea who was playing for Thistle? Only curious because McCall mentioned there was one lad who looked pretty good and he's considering asking Archibald about a loan move. Anybody highly rated in the development squad ?

A truly exceptional guy is Sir Andy. Even though he only played one season at Ayr you could see he had all the leadership qualities. He could organise our defence and was a solid defender himself. All the best to him.

Have to admit that the video announcing the new home strip was a very good idea and the strip itself looks pretty decent. You just need to sign some decent players now.

Raith will most likely have the biggest budget but Ayr won't be far behind. I have no idea about what your players are earning but I'd imagine that a lot of your budget will have gone on Spence and Buchanan. It's a gamble even though they're two of the best strikers in this league as the rest of your squad may be weaker in areas. Considering you've still got a few players to sign it may have been wiser to sign just one of those strikers and invest in other areas. A prime example was us last year. McCall blew most of our budget on Harkins when he could've easily signed 2 or 3 other players that may have helped us stay up.
