Funny thing is he’s still better than any of the defenders that you’ve currently got. Put any player in a shite team and they won’t be as good. If he was at a team like Raith or Ayr he’d be one of the best defenders in the league.

What’s the story with Draper? Only asking because our manager is targeting an experienced midfielder on an emergency loan deal to help out with injuries. Any chance of Owen Coyle helping out his old gaffer by sending Draper down to help us out?

To be fair though the way things are going it could be over very soon. That’s us 8 points clear. Raith have two games in hand but one is away at Stranraer which is an extremely hard away day and Raiths away record is awful and then at home to Albion who I think have the 2nd best away record in the league behind us. In the 3 games I’ve seen Raith play in I’ve not been impressed. They’ve got 2 goal machines in Buchanan and Spence but can’t get them scoring so they’re relying on Vaughan to do everything and Smith is a truly terrible goalkeeper with a very inexperienced defence in front of him. Barry Smith also seems to be pretty clueless since he’s got the first choice goalie on the bench and he spunked most of the budget on the previously mentioned strikers without really improving anything else. Unless we lose 2 or 3 players to long term injuries then I can’t see us not winning the title.

This is incredibly infuriating to me. We’re unbeaten in 12 and we’ve won our last 8. In any other league we’d have opened up a bigger gap at the top. Credit to Raith for staying on our heels though and keeping the league interesting.

Aye but we couldn’t hit a barn door last season and we’re the top scorers in the country this season. Mind you I can’t really remember your keeper pulling off any big saves on Tuesday night. He saved Roses free kick with his feet but he didn’t know much about it.

Out of interest what length of contract did you give Smith and can you afford to pay him off?

We’ve already had 3 this season and we’ve conceded 2. Five penalties for and against already this season seems like a lot to me. Mind you 50 games without having one is really bizarre.

Exactly this He did put in some good performances last season which earned us a couple of good results. If he's playing in a decent team he'll be fine.

But I find it hard that he'd underestimate her after he saw her lie to the lords of the Vale in order to get her and Littlefinger out of trouble He knew that she is capable of "playing the game" so it wasn't great writing to have him ultimately outsmarted by someone he knew wasn't stupid

This annoyed me From season 1 Littlefinger was made out to be one of the smartest men in Westeros and responsible for pretty much all this shit that's kicked off. Now he's been outsmarted by Sansa and Arya. Surely after what Bran said to him about the whole chaos ladder thing it should rang alarm bells and he'd have got rid of him first before trying to turn the two sisters on each other. Not annoyed that he's dead but he deserved a better send off as he was one of the best characters on the whole show
