  1. Would've been some noise. I'm quite happy not having to hear it, though.
  2. Musonda totally unsights MacDonald. Not his fault, he's got to try and get across, but there never should've been that much space on that side. Tumilty showing Murray inside was a little naive too. Bloody hell. What a finish.
  3. I think it's an awkward one, for both the man on the line (McManus?) and the keeper. It's point blank and their in each other's space. Ultimately though, I suppose, the keeper should just be a couple of feet further forward and wiping out everyone else.
  4. I don't know that that's necessarily true. While it might not be giving you much extra in possession, you've fairly effectively shut down the Rovers midfield. We've had to rely on the full backs to properly support the attack. At this stage, though, I'd agree that a striker on for a midfielder is probably your best bet. It risks the Rovers having more presence in the middle, but McManus has barely touched the ball and another striker would at least occupy Frankie and Bene a little more.
  5. f**k me, the football there Puskas award incoming if Armstrong rifles that across the keeper...
  6. Iain Wilson giving the ball away again, and I thought Fon-Williams' goose was cooked. He's done very well to tip that over. Armstrong tends to be very good or a wee bit bad. Hopefully that's a sign of things to come.
  7. Deary me, I have absolutely no idea how Manny's got that much space. He's about six foot four and he's got a massive number nine on his back - it's probably worth picking him up at set pieces.
  8. Possibly an element of once bitten twice shy after losing the ball in midfield cost us the opener in Inverness. Ryan Dow should do much better with the second bite there. Fantastic run.
  9. So close to the perfect start. Manny causing a wee bit of bother so far, hopefully he can keep that up.
  10. But to be less of a dick about it, no. We've been incredibly consistent with the starting line-up this season and today is no different. 4-2-3-1 MacDonald; Tumilty, Musonda, Benedictus, MacDonald; Matthews, Hendry; Armstrong, Tait, Ross; Duku
  11. What the The Camdean Brigade lack in brain cells, they make up for in linen.
  12. It's amazing. I am gutting myself at the train of thought that takes you from seeing that widely mocked and derided Green Brigade "We're out here for you, be in there for us" banner to going "Should we do that? But, y'know, worse?"
  13. It was Greg Tadé. And it paled in comparison to Ross Matthews giving Joe Cardle a Total 90 haircut.
  14. I'm not one for believing in signs, but I just got into the car there and Alice and Kicking by Simple Minds was playing. A song I can only associate with Stark's Park circa 2002. 7-0 Rovers.
  15. Hopefully the club has learned from that mistake. It wasn't a mistake. That clause was the only way Nisbet would've signed that contract.
  16. While I agree the £2 increase is a bit snidey, this has been quite the overreaction, eh? Particularly enjoyed the boy who said he'd pay £18.50 for HeartsTV but wouldn't stand for this. Sir, I have a bridge to sell you.
