  1. It's called brutal banter. This thread has been a fucking wasteland over the last couple weeks.
  2. Were we not priced out of the move when he went to Morton? I'm sure that was the deal that gave us the latest in a long line of 'other clubs have bigger budgets than us' articles.
  3. I think the town that my rivals are from is worse than my town hahahahahahahahalol
  4. Thorssen is still here, watching the game. Hope he signs on, the squad could do with being better looking.
  5. 'A move that is sure to generate interest in the Edinburgh area' and considerably less in the Kirkcaldy one. Willing to be proved wrong, but his recent track record, scant as it is, doesn't give much cause for optimism.
  6. I've realised what it is. "Yaw Osei" = USA There's a thousand tunes there, right off the bat.
  7. As best I can tell, Rudi Skacel has played 17 minutes of league football since 2013. If it is him, I can't imagine it'll be as anything more prominent than a player coach.
  8. If we get relegated I'll reconsider this, but I love that we're signing a load of randoms. It keeps things exciting. I'm hoping we sign Thorssen too. Anyone who wears a hairband despite having a short back and sides is okay with me.
  9. We've signed Yaw Osei. It feels like that should fit perfectly into a song, but I can't for the life of me think what it is.
  10. The trialist striker from last week just scored a lovely goal. Ball played into his feet at the edge of a busy box and he switched it from left to right and knocked it past the keeper. Very composed.
  11. I don't imagine it is him, but there's an unnamed goalkeeper warming up at half time who looks pretty similar to Thistle's trialist keeper from midweek.
  12. Two scud. McHattie with a pretty simple freekick curled round the wall and into the bottom corner.
  13. I can see that's it's not a very "Livingston" top, but that's a great looking jersey. The sponsor is what it is, but I like that a lot.
  14. It definitely wasn't Farid. He was about a foot shorter, and sixteen times quicker. Might've been Craig Easton.
  15. He's got a great goalscoring record, but Ally McCoist would really need to prove his fitness.
  16. Favourite highlight - he does a backheel, loses possession, and fouls the opposing player. I'm also now considering going to Hong Kong and becoming a professional footballer, looking at the standard of the defending. But I concur, sign him up. Distinct lack of cult hero material in the squad at the moment.
  17. Who was the last player we sold for cash? And is the last one we bought still Craig Winter?
  18. Is anyone actually going to Forfar tonight? I'd like to hear about some actual football for a change. As for Toshney, it sounds like a decent bit of business for everyone involved. Toshney has furthered his career, United have got a good player for this level, and we've brought money in for a player we'd likely have lost for buttons in pretty much any other situation. As we all know, players hold all the power. I hope Lewis Toshney is over his illness, because he'll want to hit the ground running at Tannadice. There's no sense in keeping a player against his will, not only do you likely lose the commitment of that player, but footballers at this level aren't likely to sign for a club that they think might stand in their way if a good offer comes along. Being a selling club is a lot better than being a giving-away-for-free-at-the-end-of-every-season club.
