  1. Is anyone actually going to Forfar tonight? I'd like to hear about some actual football for a change. As for Toshney, it sounds like a decent bit of business for everyone involved. Toshney has furthered his career, United have got a good player for this level, and we've brought money in for a player we'd likely have lost for buttons in pretty much any other situation. As we all know, players hold all the power. I hope Lewis Toshney is over his illness, because he'll want to hit the ground running at Tannadice. There's no sense in keeping a player against his will, not only do you likely lose the commitment of that player, but footballers at this level aren't likely to sign for a club that they think might stand in their way if a good offer comes along. Being a selling club is a lot better than being a giving-away-for-free-at-the-end-of-every-season club.
  2. At least the sponsor works. I googled them because "Myeloma" sounds like cancer, and it turns out, it is. +1 Awareness.
  3. This away kit they're revealing tomorrow better be fucking amazing.
  4. One of the main reasons I wanted him to join Arbroath (if he has to leave...) was that we play them in pre-season. We need a proper farewell!
  5. I'd like us to sign Davie Sinclair and a laddie called Dwayne, please.
  6. Is that not David Smith, recently released by Falkirk?
  7. Christ, a whole season of this until one of us is inevitably relegated.
  8. That photo isn't the best, and the less said about the strip the better, but by and large the Pars' marketing is head and shoulders above anything you'll see from most sides in this division, Rovers included. The commercial department at Stark's think Snapchat is a cartoon about talking crocodiles.
  9. For the avoidance of doubt, Davie's imminent departure was the horrible news that I'd heard. My only hope now is that, if he does go, he goes to Arbroath and we can use the upcoming friendly as a farewell match.
  10. Because I never get to be #ITK and, as it turns out, it's quite the feeling of power. In all seriousness, it's nothing that's actually too groundbreaking, but I can't betray a confidence at this stage. There's a reason they call it silly season.
  11. Prepare yourselves for some pretty dreadful news, possibly as soon as this evening
  12. http://www.raithrovers.net/25269/darren-on-the-road.htm Do you think they know they've used the supporters club badge instead of the actual one?
