The watermarks on Passports really f**k up the pictures! Its given Kilt a blue beard, and I've ended up with X-Men style face markings. I'm a happy child.

Why are photo booths so small!? And why don't the seats adjust in some of them. I enter my passport photo from the side, because of the way I had to contort myself just to get my face inside "The Oval".

I'm just back from Liverpool, been there since Monday, but found out that my Grandad, who's been ill for quite a while, died on Tuesday morning. It isn't as bad as you might think, I've never been particularly close to him and he was a heavy drinker, especially in the years since his wife died (1978, I think!) and he's been ill and really wasting away in hospital, he knew he'd never go home. I'm not actually too saddened, he's never been a big part of my life but it's my Mum that I'm worried about.

It was, quite simply, "Paki's go home", it's now "Paki's don't go home"

No such luck for me, I end up sitting in someone's house looking at their CDs saying "You've got some decent music here." "Those are my Mum's CDs"
