I’m looking forward to the “weekly” injury bulletin from the club. Please. [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]

Jeez. I thought we’d done with the Donnelly chat.

Friday match. Is it on TV?

Watch highlights back, no way you could blame the big man for that goal he was out trying to close the cross down
That’s the point. He didn’t get close to closing the cross down. Listen, I thought he was good, just a bit unsure of his positioning for the first 20 minutes or so.

Either that or a season at at Dens.
He’s better than anyone they’ve got.0 -
Stan is talking nonsense
It’s my opinion. They say arguing on the internet is like playing Real Tennis. Even if you win you’re still a p***k.0 -
And he still took him off
Bobby was terrific, especially first half. Taking him off after 83 minutes was perfectly reasonable.2 -
I thought Bitsindou didn’t know what he was doing for the first 20 minutes - not surprising given his short time at the club - and that contributed to Dundee’s goal, but he came on to a decent game. Maybe lucky he was up against Sheridan who was awful. The rest of the back 4 were terrific.
I liked Tait - first time I’ve seen him.
Kareem at least showed in his “cameo” that he’s strong willing to battle.1 -
Any news on Scott Allan?

Not sure either. It was right in the corner, but it was basically a chip, not a Ronaldo special.
A chip. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]1 -
No Scott Allan?

For the club having one update?
Yup. Fan power. Hopefully first of many.2 -
He's certainly more informative than the Club secretary !!
Apologies please1 -
Gutted all the seats in the stand have sold out: don’t think I’ll have the energy to stand up a full 90 minutes, watching Arbroath right now is literally sucking the life out of my body.

What an utterly depressing thread this is
I’ll come back to it when we win.1 -

Yup agree, if there a fund going for this man then I will chuck in some bawbee’s.

Excuse me? We've got Robbie Muirhead as our only designated no. 9 in our squad. And that donkey has been at the club for three fucking years now.
My heart really bleeds then that for once you haven't landed a 20 goal a season hotshot from Livingston and have to slum it with the rest of the jobber clubs in the division until January. Get a grip of yourselves.
Arbroath announce the signing of Robbie Muirhead on loan.3 -
All of it or just the LD bit? I was being a bit tongue in cheek re LD as I think it was obvious I was never a big fan. My point was simply that we need more options up front and he was an option, not a good one, but an option none the less.
The LD bit. Best for him and us.2 -
Yep, agree with all of that although I do rate Shanks higher than some. He just needs a partner.
Is it ideal taking a small risk on a young "unproven" Premiership striker? Of course not and if we had done that 2 months ago we would all have all been crying out for someone better and more experienced.
However, as you say, we are desperate and we need someone, anyone. Even keeping LD would have seen us in a better position than we are now.

I’ll just watch Twitter anyway. You never know.

Yes. Or see if Marc McNulty wants a contract until January to market himself.
2 -
Who would you have signed? And you're not allowed to use the words Kane or Hester.
Nake Sherte3 -
Is today the last day to get in our loan striker? Gayfield must be a hive of activity.

I hear a lot of positivity after two 1-1 draws but I think the next 3 fixtures - all at home - are pretty season defining. We can bring Raith back into the mix and Hamilton are our main rivals at the bottom. But we have a classic unbalanced squad. No goalscorers except a 37 year old winger. Fingers crossed for 3 1-0 wins.
