It seems you have completely missed the point here. Yes you might get players POTENTIALLY good enough to play in the PL, but as soon as one of them actually looks good enough, he’ll be whisked away back to the ‘big’ club. Thats what being a feeder club is all about sadly.

I was going to give you a greenie before I read the last part.

Here’s one. No complaints about the result as it was a good workout, but seriously, something needs to be done with the stewards and police. Someone in his wisdom decided to shut the gates as we were leaving at the end, meaning over a thousand were kept in for around 20 minutes. No warning beforehand which lead to a degree of crushing as no one knew what was going on. Meanwhile the stewards and polis just stood back doing nothing. Fortunately no one was hurt as far as I know but this was more by luck than anything else. I saw you lot complaining about the polis decision to stop selling tickets immediately before the game and that they must have thought there would be trouble between the fans, then this. Horses and drones as well ffs! WTF. OK, we might not like each other but when was the last serious trouble at our games? Please don’t take this as sour grapes, more a genuine complaint and a hope it isn’t repeated and people get hurt. I gather our SLO is taking it further. Well played by the way, and enjoy the gloating.

Heard we have now sold 1,300 tickets even tho many can’t be arsed and aren’t happy at the prices but should be a decent crowd for the ‘friendly’. Enjoy everyone.

TBH there isn’t that much interest in this game considering it’s a derby, although we will probably bring around 1,000. £20 for a friendly is steep, especially when around 2,000 of us are planning to go to Belgium. I believe we will probably field a reasonably strong team in the build up to out European adventure. Best of luck for the new season..

McInnes would/could not work under a DOF. If he’s the figurehead and potential fall guy, he wants to be the one calling the shots. Hope they just leave him alone as he’s doing quite alright where he is.

I’ve got agree with most of that. It appears that for many years the more successful teams in cup competitions have been compromised in the league. Surely there must be a way of organising league fixtures in a more competent way than having clubs having to play three games in consecutive weeks

Fully agree. The guy’s obviously a complete numpty. Among the other shite he’s peddling, he doesn’t even know that the three clubs he mentioned are in EAST Ayrshire and we’re proud to have them.

Well, that was rather enjoyable. We were shite first half, but that second half"…………… Thats got to be some of the worst defending I’ve ever had the pleasure to see, especially with Watsons goal. well played to the Saints fans for creating a great atmosphere, and so refreshing to have the away stand almost filled but not hearing any of the sectarian shite we normally hear when it’s full.

It surely couldn’t have been any worse than your ‘performance ’ at Rugby Park recently when you were absolutely clueless, gutless and leaderless, the worst team I have seen this season. It gives me no pleasure in saying this as I have a real soft spot for the Dons but I fear the worst I’m afraid.
