  1. Ha! What a ditty. I'm fully expecting that to be aired a week tomorrow. Absolute rid neck stuff. please explain, dont recognise the name. Hope there's no bad language involved, as that would be naughty.
  2. Now you mention it, he always wore a green top against us. Cant understand why...................
  3. http://www.dullneon.com/randomnotes/images-videos-and-other-content/2011/01/danny_invincible.jpgDanny Invincible. Danny Invincible. Hair, aye. Name, say no more........ Unfortunately played more like Invisible.
  4. As I said in an earlier post, Gibson is an absolute walloper who seems to bring the worst out of people. One of your lot who I always had great respect for, but who's name escapes me, was the goalie in the 70s who frequently swung from the crossbar, a great character who we loved to abuse and he genuinely appeared to enjoy the banter, frequently giving it back in spades. That said, the 'abuse' was always good natured, even if some of the chants were comparing him to a monkey for swinging on the bar. Changed days indeed as that crazily would now be seen as racist.
  5. That poor cnut must be really unlikeable because we gave him abuse for 90 minutes when we played QOS recently, and he gave the same back. Not sure why he's so unpopular with you lot as he left us under a huge cloud and the dislike is definitely mutual. Equally there is no excuse for the abuse to get to the extent you describe and there must come a point when police take some action.
  6. I would certainly never do it by choice but I understand that some have done so by mistake due to the chaos on the day of ticket release. Most plan to ask police/stewards to be moved. Hopefully common sense prevails.
  7. I hate to admit it but while your place is stuck in the dark ages and falling to bits, it's still a real football ground with a great atmosphere when full, and probably is up there among my favourite grounds to visit. Should be amazing next Tuesday.
  8. spoiled rotten / sheltered life, take your pick. Personally I miss standing at the footy.
  9. I believe it's called "slumming it"...... My daughter has followed KIllie for the past five years and when I told her today that she would actually have to STAND at the game she was appalled. Unlike her however, I'm really looking forward to standing again, fair takes me back, and there's always a better atmosphere. Looking forward to a great game.
  10. Just as long as there aren't any nasty words about the board or your manager who are all doing such wonderful jobs .....
  11. Hate to say it but it looks like Dunfermline appear to be taking over from Sevco as Scotlands joke club. The Banter Years pt. ll........................................... At least this time the fans are not walking away. Stick in lads and get it right up them.
  12. I honestly feel your pain lads, but unfortunately this guy has just about called it right. The board have now backed themselves into a corner with nowhere else to go but continue to back a turd that's not going to flush. Many other clubs, including our own, have been in similar situations caused by poor management selection then absolute arrogance by the culprits, but this must take the biscuit. Things can only get better, and they will.......eventually, just hope it doesn't take relegation to force their hands.
  13. Please dont change anything before we come to town. Genuinely shocked at the state of your club at the moment as we thought you would have been our main challengers this season and the fans deserve so much better. Our small county cousins showed what happens when you bite the bullet early and get the manager to fcuk. Hope things change soon (ish).
  14. Well that was shite. Thoroughly deserved win by Raith who looked a much better team that Inverness on that showing. Spencer looked a different player to the one we had as a youngster, bossed the midfield. The performance from MacDonald was excellent as I just knew he would be against us. Fair fucks also to the Raith support who were also outstanding. I'm away to get pished............
  15. The Park Hotel is about a 100 yard stagger to the away end and a number of decent boozers within 10 minutes walk. Enjoy the game.
  16. Decent post. Tend to agree with most of this and from a Killie side I would add. -"Killie seemed to be reliant on long balls forward for Robinson to chase (when he was on the pitch)", totally agree. -"for Burke to try and create something. He did come in for some harsh treatment during the game but I felt he also went down a bit too easily", - he was a victim of the most blatantly planned hatchet job as you hammered him any time you got close. - " Polworth faded badly as the game went on", - he was absolutely shute. -"Decent wee crowd down the road to support us and were in good voice throughout.", - excellent support throughout from the wee band of fans.
  17. Well that was shite. Fair play to Caley tho', they kicked us off the park in the first half and played us off the park in the second. Big shout out also to the Caley support who backed them well throughout. I hate Broadfoot and Dodds as they are both c8nts and also that wee p***k Gardyne who always seems to have a belter against us. Better team won as we could still be playing without scoring, Christ do we need a striker... Also, while we were poor today, it was still an improvement from last season, and that's saying something... Oh, Aye, and 'Caley are a bunch of cheating bullying b*****ds and the Ref was a disgrace'.
  18. Despite the fans crying out for change long before Christmas, our esteemed board decided to stick with Dyer until after the transfer window had closed. Had TW come in earlier he would almost certainly have made the changes necessary to turn things around. But we stuck when we should have twisted and here we are................................. For what it's worth, there's now a great feeling of optimism about the place and all we await is someone else to come in and put the ball in the net regularly along with Robinson. KTID.
  19. In all honesty, the only player who left at the end of the season who would have improved our current squad was Lafferty. The rest were the players who got us into this position and no one down here was sad to see any of them leave. A new broom was what was needed and that's what we now have, the garbage all brushed away. We are already a much better side than last season and all we are missing now IMO are a couple of strikers. Cant wait until being able to sit in my own seat again for the first time in ages and would expect a good entertaining game with away fans in. Hope everyone enjoys themselves.
