My PE teacher said he played for Bo'Ness Utd when they won the Scottish Junior Cup but doubt it based on the fact he was shite when he took us for fitba...perhaps 8mileBU can confirm or deny if an Ian Miller played for them late 70's early 80's ??
He did though coach the St Modans school team that won the Scottish Schools cup in the early 80's of which my brother played alongside Gordon Connolly who went on to play for Ross County and Brian Ross who played for The Shire
Bloody bloody hell
Martin Compston's twitter says it heats up big time episodes 5 and 6....
Given Jed Mercurio's habit of letting the bad guys win I wouldnt be surprised were that b*****d Cotton to get away with framing Arnott for his dastardly doings
Anyone else spot Bob from Rita, Sue & Bob Too in tonights episode?
As mentioned before its not till you hear a load of their songs on a TV show or some form of musical or tribute thing that you realise that you know most of their stuff, they had an incredible amount of hits.
As songwriters Andersson and Ulvaeus are right up their with the likes of Lennon and McCartney, Brian Wilson, Elton John and Bernie Taupin etc
The irony of Bennett coming out with the 'aye your wan of thaim' patter after he quoted an article accusing a Celtic fan of doing the same may be lost on him
Took the kids to see Batman v Superman at the weekend.
I quite the bit with Amy Adams in the bath, despite lack of rude bits
The film was alright for that kind of thing, nothing more or less
Its quite galling to consider the entire amount of money I will give Celtic in my lifetime through season tickets, merchandise, programmes etc etc will probably just cover a couple of weeks of that wage thiefs salary
Mine in no particular order (bear in mind im an old fart at nearly 40)
1 - The Unforgetable Fire, U2
2 - Ten, Pearl Jam
3 - The Stone Roses, The Stone Roses
4 - Sparkle In The Rain, Simple Minds
5 - Everything Must Go, Manic St Preachers
I dipped into the BRALT thread for a nosey earlier, first look in about three years and aside from the amusement at WRK being all over it still it is utter eye rape.
Pretty grim reading. Will not be back..ever
