    It'll be 4 games when we're relegated by Queens Park in the semi final, yes. Joking aside I’d expect us to get past 4th place, but not feeling confident about Airdrie. They haven’t lost in the league since December.

    I think that interview on the Dunfermline website is the most I’ve heard Bullen publicly criticising players. He isn’t wrong but it’s a bold call, especially when your own team selections have been guff for over a month.

    Missing chances today doesn’t make up for weeks of shitebagging and only playing for one half at a time. As an aside, why anyone would think we’re just going to turn over Queen of the South next weekend, at Palmerston, is beyond me. And even if they’re such a gimme right now, Dunfermline play them in the last game. We need to better Dunfermline’s results against the same 2 teams. We haven’t won in 6 games, I’ll be shocked if we don’t finish 9th.

    If Adeloye isn’t fit to start then it has to be Ashford, Bryden and O’Connor. Midfield is anyone’s guess especially not knowing if Murdoch is fit.

    Anyway, Dyche would have been about the last manager most would expect to be sacked. Looked like a job for life. If they go down he’d probably have been best placed to bring them back up. Could be a very short-sighted decision.

    He’s primarily played as one of their 2 central midfielders. A couple of recent appearances filling in at right wing back doesn’t completely void the comparison.
