The badge stuff is petty AF. Couple of points though... - "It happened in 2022" yes, but the photo of it was of players celebrating and it was in the background (folk probably didn't notice at the time) but this one was very obvious since it was like it was Rangers social media guys making a point - After doing it in 2022 you'd think they'd have a big enough badge to cover the whole Hearts badge? Even a large white sheet with the Rangers logo in the middle? That's probably the most tin pot aspect of the whole thing tbh - Hearts statement is mental, but if Rangers have asked to do it, Hearts have said no and then Rangers have done it anyway then that is poor form. Rangers would put out a much more amusing statement if anyone dared do anything to their home dressing room.

Walking Down The Halbeath Road
Salvo Montalbano replied to Parscelona's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
If it was a 4 against United it was a very lopsided one given Edwards was about 20 yards further up the pitch and about 5 yards closer to the touchline than Welch-Hayes..? -
Walking Down The Halbeath Road
Salvo Montalbano replied to Parscelona's topic in Scottish Championship General Chatter
Aye, I've seen a few comments on here and on dotnet about 4 at the back and that's not what I've been seeing. Welch-Hayes has been RCB and Ritchie-Hosler has been RWB surely? -
Will you ever see your club win a cup?
Salvo Montalbano replied to DA Baracus's topic in Scottish Premiership General Chatter
Been to three cup finals (all v Celtic) and watched us on TV in another (v Hibs). Been to three losing efforts in semi finals (v Rangers, v Celtic and one other) and seen us on TV lose one other semi final. So it's not outwith the realms of possibility should we get back to the Premiership and consolidate our position there, but I'm getting on a bit now so it's probably unlikely. -

It's "should of scored" - well, according to Stewart it is. -
And this means that there will be people out there believing that she doesn't have cancer and its just to hide something else. Did Chuck fire all the late Queen's PR department or something? It's like Amateur hour for the Firm.

Yeah in an election where low turnout (especially on the Democratic/Independent side) would be hugely beneficial to your own chances, publishing a list of cuts to things that the Democrats will be pushing front and centre in all the swing states (and probably getting a ton of free media to do so as well) seems a bit of a Ratner moment.

Surely should have been easy enough for United to say "Following discussions with police and stewards, we have taken the decision to not sell tickets for the front section of the Carling Stand. This area will be roped off for safety reasons and any fans attempting to sit in this section will be removed" or something. Seems an easy out.

9 in the league - never heard of that made up word. 5 in the Comedy - think I knew all those 5, and got none of my guesses right. Starting to understand how @Jacksgranda feels...

A solid 8 in the league. A shambolic 4 in the Cup.

There was an interview with the Communist Party candidate (who ultimately came second) I saw. Hilarious stuff. "What do you think you can do different to Mr Putin?" "I don't know. It's up to the voters to decide" "But why should anyone vote for you?" "That's up to the voters" "Is there anything you think you could do better than Mr Putin?" "I don't think that's a very fair question. President Putin is doing a fantastic job. Anyway, it is up to the voters to decide" Is Vlad's ego so fragile that he has to hand pick clown candidates to win a sham election? He'd likely still win handsomely even if they stuck some semi competent people up there and allowed them a modicum of TV Coverage. What a tiny, pathetic man he is.

Record turnout. Putin managed to get 80 odd percent in the Ukrainian oblasts they've annexed too. Somehow...

Assuming this is Italy's best ever performance in the 6 Nations with 2 wins and a draw (that should have really been three wins)?

One nice touch they always do (as far as I know, even after a heavy defeat) is that the captain gives his armband to a young kid in the crowd. You just saw a shot of Benedictus doing it tonight at the end. Anyway, very good performance in the main - Fagan-Walcott was very good in the first half and the bizarre change of shape from United worked in our favour as we were happy to go man for man at the back and let our wing backs push on. Nicely worked goal by Jakubiak then Ritchie-Hosler to play in Todd but no idea what the United centre half was doing, letting Todd just drift off while he went to block a square ball that was never coming. Nice calm finish after a couple of games where he's looked to be trying too hard. Second goal was similar in that it went from our left to right across the edge of the area and it was a tidy finish. Felt we let them into things a bit much after that and Hamilton was fortunate to still be oh the park at half time. The change of shape probably helped United slightly after the break but what a catalogue of errors for the third goal. Losing the ball in a simple one on one challenge with nobody supporting behind, then three centre halves all going to the ball leaving Ritchie-Hosler all on his own to finish. Crazy stuff. He's quite confident with things like that having came through the ranks at Man City then Rangers and he was never missing. After that we could see it out and we didn't look to be in much trouble at all until the changes and the quick goal. I admit I was a bit worried they'd get a quick second and possibly then grab an equaliser but they didn't really create that much and we still had legs on the break. Crazy, stupid, bonkers division. We have a winning record against the league leaders now (on goal difference at least!) and could still finish 4th but equally we're still in danger of going down. Keep up that intensity and get Chris Kane back and we should be OK but who knows in this league?

I don't either but the way he was pointing at Hamilton to try and get him a second yellow justifies it IMO Also, Hamilton got an elbow and then a head into his own face - where he'd been playing with a broken cheekbone until very recently - and while it was accidental and he didn't complain about it, Michael Stewart went on and on about players rolling about. The man thinks he's insightful but he's just a dribbling simpleton.
