That would be the same for any club if the owner walked away without a new buyer.He said a few months back that he was in talks about a takeover. Probably another one that fell through. From what I heard over the years he is notoriously difficult to deal with and has no intention of leaving the club unless he gets a mega offer.

How do you know that? The next owner could run things alot better? Gretna was a far smaller club than us. Ayr, qos and morton have all under achieved in the last 30 years compared to the 10 or 15 other similar sizes clubs. Both on and off the park. I blame the owners for that.

McCall brought professionalism to the club. Now we just need Lachlan to leave and bring a professional owner/ board in to run the club.

I wish Mcall the best whatever he decides. 5 years as a manager at any club is a long time. The board doesn't seem to match his ambition either. Lachlan moaning about crowds is incredible. The club do very little around the town to get new fans to come to Somerset. Wonder how the takeover talks are going he mentioned a while back?

Taylor report was only recommended for Scotland, was never made law like in Englands top 2 leagues. SPL did have rules to have all seater stadiums but since changed to SPFL these rules were scrapped. In European fixtures and Internationals teams do need all seater stadiums though. Safe standing is the way forward for football!

This was always going to be a big gamble giving him the job. Listening to him after the game he sounds clueless in improving the team going forward.

Thing is with League Reconstruction you want it to be relatively simple. 2 leagues of 16. Total 30 games. 3 up 3 down. League cup 8 groups of 4 champions league style. Another guaranteed 6 games. Total 36 games (18 home games for season tickets) Keep Scottish Cup the same. All teams below the top 2 leagues go into regional leagues. Sorted!

Not many Scottish Championship players get to play for Scotland but Shankland is that good he can be the exception.

Yeah not too bad so far. When Shankland gets his big move you will miss him too, but you will probably make a lot of money out of him. Cant wait to see him in a Scotland shirt.
