Took the car to peter vardy Vauxhall today (got a letter from Vauxhall saying there could be a handbrake issue with certain models of corsas between 2007-2009), and when I went to collect it, I was told there were "at least 4 things needing fixed ASAP", including a new gasket, and there was water in the oil tank. Phoned the mechanic that I use, he just laughed. Took it up to him to be on the safe side, the gasket is fine, and the "water" in the oil tank was condensation. Peter vardy - shower of liars trying to get money for work that doesn't even need done.

Whilst in Dunfermline on Wednesday, I purchased 2 battered red puddings from a butchers. Had them for lunch today with a dash of brown sauce. Just wish places in Edinburgh would fucking sell them.

Cheese, chutney, oatcakes, wine, and port.

Added to the collection today. £42 down to £25 in Morrison's. Couldn't leave it own it's on the shelf.
