The ref was inconsistent and I've come to expect poor officiating, we got a way with a couple o tackles that Raith picked up bookings for but in fairness we fully deserved the win and i thought we were the better team all over the park! I thought Raith were going to a snatch an undeserved equaliser at the death and when the 4th went in i was so relieved. Confidence is high, we're scoring goals, creating chances, defending as a team and the togetherness in our squad is there for all to see! One game at a time so they say. I'll enjoy tonight! He hasn't featured in any league games so far, not sure what his injury status is all the same.

That was brilliant today! A really surprising routine victory where we could have scored more! I expected much more from Airdrie tbh! Disappointing to lose the clean sheet late on but I'll take a 3 goal win against an Airdrie side who are expected to be in amongst the play offs places at the end of the season! We were not expected to get out a group that included Dundee United and Hearts. This extra game is sold out, hospitality is sold out and I believe BT Sport will give us a tidy wee sum! Imo that's a substantial amount of extra cash we're getting that I doubt the board were expecting. ETA I'm not 100% sure we'll get anything from BT but I'm sure we get 20k for reaching this stage of the competition, a considerable amount for a club like ours.

Regardless of who we support can we all just unite for once and boycott this complete travesty of a tournament! Get the colt teams and foreigners to f**k and replace with highland/lowland teams or just scrap it completely.

Personally I think Sevco will give us a hiding but we have nothing to lose and this is really just a bonus game where the club have made an unexpected cash injection! I hope we give a good account of ourselves and the Fifers from Levenmouth supporting that lot can go f**k themselves. Regardless of who's playing I always want all our teams to do well in Europe! I've been ridiculed for years supporting my local side but I wouldn't jump on the glory hunting bandwagon but I must admit sometimes I get a bit jealous on European nights! Good luck tonight anyway!

Shocking result and a massive reality check!

Stats mean f**k all if you can't find the back of the net! We've played 2 and gained 2 points from newly promoted teams who were missing key players, if we're to realise our ambition of making the play offs we will have to perform better. I doubt the better sides like Falkirk, Raith, Forfar and Airdrie will be so forgiving! It's early days and no need to panic just yet. A win against Stirling on Tue would be braw to gain confidence before the Rangers tribute act and their glory hunting bigoted support come to town! Mon the Fife

1st half was like a pre season friendly (very lacklustre and disappointing) 2nd half we were fired up and should have had the game won but our decision making and poor finishing cost us the 3 points. 2 points from 2 games isn't the end o the world but realistically if we're to make the play offs we will have to perform much better and play for 90 minutes and not just a half! At least we're not Dumbarton I suppose
