On the subject of the HL things could change within the next season or two. The north juniors previously stated that they weren't interested in the pyramid but they with the HL & things seem to going to be going the right direction from what I've read (albeit somewhat limited information) of what went down at the meeting. The North Caledonian League have also indicated interest in the pyramid & met with the HL but this was a while ago (can't remember exact dates).

Sean Reinhert former drummer of Cynic & Death has passed away aged 48. Reinhert played in Cynic from 1987 until their initial breakup in 1994 which included the seminal album 'Focus'. He took part in the bands reformation in 2007 but left in 2015. His stint in Death was playing on the band's 1991 album Human which also included Cynic bandmate Paul Masvidal. How is junior football unique compared to say the East Of Scotland or South Of Scotland? At the end of the day it's all non-league football played at a regional level for an affordable price of admission that survives & thrives off of the back of hard working volunteers. Senior & junior non-league have much more in common than they do differences.
