  1. I know this might be controversial but you could for this season only Regionalise Round One?
  2. I believe the highlights were filmed by United's analytics team and not the DUTV people.
  3. It's not but Kaliningrad to Vladivostok is a 10,500km long journey that would take 12hr plane journey or a 131hr car journey. So no clue where his figures came from.
  4. Expect there'll be a big announcement on Monday on PPV Games. I think clubs/SPFL were keeping their wheesht this weekend as a ploy to sell Season Tickets.
  5. England is a country twice our size in land, 11 times in population. So it's not a great comparison when comparing crowds. There's also teams in the LL such as the Unis, and Caley Braves that skew the figures downwards, as their funded differently to normal clubs. Plus you'll need to wait til the next season of full crowds to compare the two as the EoS was being massively tinkered with last season with the conferences. Anyway as I've said before Tayside should be in the North etc...
  6. Considering they already get £3,600 for getting knocked out in PR1, it's a bit of a boot in the balls for them. I think they'll try to contest it.
  7. I use Livescore as they livestream Serie A games.
  8. Can there be a Project Restart in the WoSFL is there was no league beforehand, then again Project Start doesn't have the same ring to it.
  9. Seems to have been very quiet on the McMullan front, has he started any of the friendlies?
  10. It's changed again Aberdeen are the worst seeded club in QR2.
  11. It will be five from next season as we're back in the top 15 Leagues according to UEFA's Country Coefficient. We will remain there as long as Olympiakos and Basel don't both make the Europa League final, assuming Rangers also get pumped by Leverkusen; all of which won't happen. Here's the page with the current ranking: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UEFA_coefficient#Men's_Country_coefficient So it will be: 1st and 2nd in Champs League, 3rd and 4th in Conference League. Cup Winners will be in the Cup Winners' Cup Europa League. If the cup winners are from one of the top 4 clubs, which is usually the case, then the final Conf. League berth drops to the 5th placed side.
  12. Could go anyway next season from 3rd-6th, same with 7th-12th. I also don't think Celtic will be more than 18pts ahead of third. Hibs will be fighting Rangers for the final Champions League spot up until the last 3 matchdays. Celtic Rangers Hibs Motherwell Dundee United - Europa Conference League, here we come! Aberdeen Livingston St Johnstone Kilmarnock St Mirren Accies Ross County
  13. The Majority of the squad are encouraged by your team talk.
  14. Right the English system has teams in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire playing in the National League North, so the travel argument isn't really relevant. If Scotland was as a population perfectly or even more reasonable spread out, then it would relevant, but the Highland Clearances put paid to that, Tayside clubs already play a cup with teams from Aberdeenshire, so asking them to join the Highland region is reasonable point. For the vast majority of clubs it will make little to no difference in terms of travel and it allows clubs easier progression in the system.
  15. Love it if Atalanta could win the division this year. They have a (small) chance, as everyone else seems to be dropping points.
  16. I'm sorry but Tayside should be in the "Highland" region, the Parliamentary region for Dundee is North East Scotland ffs. A Tier 6 Tayside League, below the HL, would make no difference to almost all the clubs in Tayside as all it would allow is progression for an ambitious club like Broughty Athletic or even Lochee Harp and their new set up. Both of those clubs would eligible for Licensing. The Winners of the League could be given a Prelim. Scottish Cup Berth, which may incentivise some clubs to opt for that. It would allow a 4 team playoff for the final HL slot between the bottom team in the HL, and the three T6 winners North Caley, North Super and Tayside; subject to Licensing.
  17. This. I've watched a bit of the Eliteserien the last few weeks (Norway's League) and they go all out on the sponsors: Hope we go all Jackson Pollock on the away kit.
  18. Bought the away one. £6.99 for UK Delivery is some right bs though.
  19. Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, but this is well worth a watch about our changing world. It's a bit long, but well worth it. Although in the title, it's not really about the Donald.
  20. Watched the football show on SSN on Monday and Boyd actually came off of it okay. Seemed to know what he was talking about, even when talking about United and Aberdeen. Or Maybe Lockdown is getting to me. The BT peeps are going to be on Celtic TV as they've apparently hired Sunset and Vine as the Production Company for their games, every other club is with Stream Digital
