A good first half showing. Just need to be a bit more clinical with our attacks in the second half.

He makes music and requested for his song to be played at Firhill which it was at the last match. We have a chance to go on a good run in our next fixtures. After yesterday’s comfortable win we should be looking to try propel ourselves up the table. I don’t know too much about Montrose’s squad but their form is the same us ours so far this season, I expect a tough game. A return to Links Park for Lyons and Niang. Niang will likely start as he performed well yesterday at centre half, Lyons will most likely be on the bench.

I have been surprised at East Fife’s start to the league so far, I thought you would be pushing for the playoffs and spending most of the season around 5th/4th. You appeared to recruit well in summer, especially the signing of Swanson and your manager has received high praise in the past. Of course it is only five games in, but you seems pretty toothless in attack today and didn’t really threaten us at all apart from a 10 minute spell. It could be to do with how we played today though as I thought we marshalled the midfield well.

Wright has been solid, I have been impressed with him overall. He didn’t have anything to really do today but that is another clean sheet for him.

Overall a very comfortable win. If we are serious about going up we need to be winning these kinds of games, especially when at home. Graham was outstanding today, his second goal was lovely. Happy with how everyone played today.

It’s way behind a joke at this point, we are in a complete injury crises right now.

Aye he can he play there. We are in the midsts of an injury crises right now, it is very worrying.

You are not wrong about the goings on at the club, but it’s just every week I see you predicting us to lose and saying you already can’t be bothered with the game. I’m not trying to say there’s loads to be positive about right now and you are of course entitled to your opinion. I wasn’t even meaning to have a go but I’ve put it across like that so I apologise.

Again I agree. We can turn it around, we cannot screw up the next few games though as if we do then we have given ourselves a huge mountain to climb.

I actually agree with you. However, football is a results business and we just haven’t been picking up the results we need. Clyde away we were terrible and the Morton game at home while we matched them it was overall a very low quality game, the other games we have been decent in spells but just haven’t picked up the points we need.

Graham and Docherty back from suspension for this plus SKA is meant to be fit enough in time to make the squad.

Glad to be returning to league action after an extended league cup group stages. After our very poor start we need to be winning this game in hope that it will give us a spark to start picking up regular points. Although, East Fife will be no easy customers. Neither side are where they want to be in the league currently, it will be interesting to see which way this one goes.

I’m just glad this group is over, obviously it unfortunately dragged out this year due to circumstances, but I’m happy it is done.

Who would have thought part of our First Division title squad would have been one of the players to help end Scotland’s hoodoo of not qualifying for major tournaments. Proud of former Jag Stephen O’Donnell.

Still no word on how long O’Ware is going to be out for?

We were terrible again today, out of nowhere though it looked like we were possibly heading for a victory. Once again though we go and conceded a late goal in order to drop some more points. Our form so far this season is that of a mid table side and unsurprisingly that is where we find ourselves in the table.
