I could well be wrong regarding how his season will go but he does look to me like a player who will come in with a good return this season. His league scoring record with us is decent, 3 in 6. In pre season he certainly has looked up to the task, he should be a key player for us this season. Only time will tell how he does, him being suspended for the opening 3 games is a blow for us.

Obviously I am bias but I do struggle to see past Graham, he is a quality striker with all the attributes a front man needs. Should really be in with a shout of going for top scorer this season. There are of course other good strikers in the league, I just personally feel Graham is the best.

Spittal is going to be a key player for us during his loan, a good signing for this level. Hope to see him start on Saturday.

Realistically qualification now will be very difficult though. But I’m still pleased with the performance.

Sneddon pulled out some big saves today. We looked quite assured at the back which was nice and made it two clean sheets in two, Graham getting sent off is a big downer though. Pleasing performance though and keeping ourselves in it with an outside chance of qualification

If we can get through tonight’s game with no injuries barring O'Ware for Saturday then that will be pleasing.

Expecting a decent game between ourselves and Queen of The South tomorrow. Will be interesting to see how Fitzpatrick has developed since leaving us. Win and we put ourselves in with a good shot for second, lose and we are all but out of the cup.

I’m just happy for the return of league football. I would actually like us to have a derby again as it does add a bit of extra spice to a game but it has of course fallen out of relevance with fans. Title had a ring to it mate.

Poor first half, better in the second. Good to see Cardle grab a couple of goals, penrice looked positive and Niang again looks a real unit in midfield. We got the result at the end of the day and have kept in contention for second place which is the main thing.

I think after foster picked up that small injury he just wasn’t on his game, it was the correct call to take him off.

Talking of team selection, what do people think we will go with at the back a three or a four? Personally against St Mirren I can see us lining up with a three and wingbacks. However, in the league I think we will be using a four.

I believe Sneddon will start with the gloves, McCall May switch it up in the lc group stages to test both keepers but when the league rolls around I believe Sneddon will be our number one.
