can't remember if I mentioned it but Thursday last week I hit 2 new PB's on bench (I train other things I promise)
100kg for 12 reps and 120kg for 5 reps
tried 130 for 2 but got stuck halfway on the second one.

Nothing to worry about. According to Estragon IS NOT a fud over on the Washing youre hands (sic) thread there's no such things as germs.
Class, now I feel like a fool for caring about hygiene for the past 22 years.
Why was I not made aware of this before!?

On the way to Newcastle on Friday, Seen a couple with two toddlers sit across from us and they were loud and annoying so headphones were swiftly put to use.
I then look to my right to see a woman changing this toddlers dirty nappy in a full carriage on the table where no doubt people eat from.
THERE'S NAPPY CHANGING TABLES IN THE TOILET FFS!
stinking too.

I know I won't be the only one and it's probably been mentioned before.
She'll spend ages on her phone, so I'll go on mine for about 2 minutes and get met with 'You're never off your phone, I'm here too you know?'

Bash on brother. Like I said, room for improvement but no bad for someone whos carrying a bit of timber with the stride length of a battery hen
Don't sell yourself short that's good numbers you're hitting, I'm going to hopefully find a good route to run tonight that is around the 8km mark.

Now show me yours brother!!!!
Please accept the last 100m as being the difference netween mapometer and strava!
Pretty happy with the pace as I was running a wee bit within myself to make sure I got the distance. Gave away about a minute with 2 x 30 sec walks in the last 2km aswell. Plenty room to improve so its a wee bit of a confidence boost
that's very impressive,
I'm heading out tonight for a run after the gym so i'll try match that!
LET'S DO THIS!

It`ll liven up now with the multi-lingual Steve McLaren commenting on Sky.
I wonder how many people thought his Dutch accent was just a really poor Sean Connery impression?

Half right so far anyway. Dybala off.
seeing that Lo Celso is in London now so they may get two out of the three they wanted.

I think they'll get Lo Celso but not Dybala. I also read that Pochettino considers Sessegnon a winger at this point in time, so they're still pretty weak at FB.
Suppose if Rose stays they're sorted for Left Back, Right back is a worry. Although KWP could end up being a good option there.

I've met many that are against shitting in the workplace.
I am yet to find something as satisfying as doing an absolute nightmare of a shite at work and other colleagues walking into the toilets and audibly being scunnered by the smell.

I've got a bit of a belly already, which is putting me off bulking, at 6'7 I'm about 106kg, I usually eat a lot of calories anyway but bulking would probably make me ill
6'7! you may as well bulk and become the ultimate powerhouse

I love eating, it’s waking up feeling rubbish after eating shite the night before.
A clean bulk may happen over the next few months though.I'd love to bulk but I just don't like not having abs, My mate is on 6 big meals a day and has gained like 6 kilos in 4 months.

When am away at work, theres a 10k run I can do to get from work to my digs. No shortcuts, no way back except keep going. I want to do that to get the 10k distance but I dont want to try it before I have at least upped it from my normal 5.8 loop I am at the now so the heat is on.
8 k this week or Bairnardos a fannyhere's a challenge, whatever distance you do i'll match it haha.

Think my 10k is about 9 weeks away too you doing Glasgow?
Thats why I signed up and why I need to start adding some distance on but finding it really hard. Will try to get that 8 done this week. Even if its a shite time I need to feel the distanceI'm doing the Baxters one in Inverness! Never really done any medium/long distance running outside of football so it's going to be different, and yeah I'm the same when it comes to needing to feel the distance. Time is irrelevant as long as you get it done haha.

I did 5.8 there the now. My plan was to do 8k but when I got to the junction where its either go home or add on the 2.2k I blocked out and went home.
My pacing was all over the place too as I had to slow to a walk 3 times and assumed I must be going backwards but got home and realised I was faster than last weeks non stop efforts. My splits were significantly faster, even where a wee 15 second stroll happened.
That said, I need to overcome the mental block to get more distance added. I know I need to do it so even if I end up crawling half of it, I need to get it added on. Theres some serious mental game in running it seems. Even at short distances.could not be more true, it's the mental side of running that lets me down too at times.

Ran a 5K last night all on a grass track and my calves felt like they were about to explode the whole time.
I reckon I quite easily run double that during a game and that doesn't happen to my calves, quite weird tbh.
hoping to do a 10k in 9 weeks.
