  1. What I saw of it that was a terrible game of football. Montrose sat in second half and we didn’t ever look capable of troubling them. Still a point up there isn’t the worst result against a decent side.
  2. I would love to comment on the first half but can’t honestly see much of what’s been going on. I’ve looked out the sunglasses for the second half so hopefully I’ll have more of a clue. Should that wee laddie reading out the half time scores no be in his bed at this time of night.
  3. Doubt Montrose don’t give a shit about high lecky bills
  4. Bit of a cheek charging £12.50 for this, the coverage is fucking awful and that’s being kind.
  5. Why not just play it at 5.30pm on the Saturday and put it on TV.
  6. We’re top of our league, create loads of chances and have had lots of penalty claims, we’ve been given 3 this season. Dundee Utd are the same in the Championship and they’ve had one. There is definitely a two tier refereeing system in Scotland, no way do Aberdeen get that with minutes to go at Ibrox.
  7. I’d love another cup run but part of me would be happy with Rangers or Celtic away, bank the cash and probably go out, strengthen in January and concentrate all our efforts on getting out of League one.
  8. Having been born, brought up and still living in the town I would have thought this would be a catastrophe for the place, but being honest it’s an absolute shithole that’s been neglected for so long by Falkirk Council that I can’t see it making much difference to us who live there.
  9. Apart from my favourite Falkirk player of all time, Scott McKenzie, 1991-2000 and then 2003-2005, over 300 appearances and was one of those unsung heroes that always put a shift in and could be relied upon. His Mum died the week of the 97 cup final and he still played, loved the guy.
  10. In terms of future career after Falkirk as Shodwell says no one will top Gary Gillespie. Lucky to be old enough to have seen him in the navy blue and even as a kid he was a Rolls Royce of a player.
  11. Don’t think they paid, as they were leaving the other twat can be heard saying “Oh well at least we didn’t pay for the car park”, just before they are on the motorway going past the Kelpies.
  12. I though that as well, the parking guy has done him a big favour and trusted him and the wankstain has done him over and then thought it was funny to share his cheapskate antics online, scumbag behaviour of the highest order.
  13. Looking like TNS in the semi, scheduled for 3rd Feb so our home game v’s Montrose will get moved.
  14. Totally agree, thought they were fantastic last night and lifted the team when we went behind. They’ve actually made going to TFS an enjoyable experience again, that and the fact we have a good team. Have to say I love Friday night games under the lights, the crowd seems right up for it, pre match bevvy maybe helps
  15. Steaming tonight, so proud of all these guys, Ultras were fucking immense COYB, I fucking adore this club
  16. They said to me on Saturday if I manage another 5 games this season I’ll qualify for my Ross certificate, that’s the level of prawn sandwich mastery I aspire too
  17. It’s hard to separate that from Shieldhill, mind you I once made the mistake of saying someone from California was from Shieldhill to which they reliably informed me “I’m from the village ya daft c**t”
  18. I was in hospitality Saturday, heard plenty Camelon and Carronshore accents but can’t mind hearing any Canadian ones.
  19. I’d have no issue with this, once we are out of League One. At the moment for me all of our resources from the FSS have to be focused on that. Just a personal opinion but the first team getting higher up the food chain would bring benefits for the women’s team, academy etc etc.
  20. What a scumbag, conned his mates out of money, wouldn’t want him anywhere near my club.
  21. It would certainly give us a plan B and could be something we could use if we are ever chasing an equaliser like we were at Cove.
  22. Alfie has 4 league goals this season, but no mention on this site.
  23. I know it’s never going to happen but I’d like to see how McIver and Allan would work together. Even if not from the start try it for a half, say in a game like last Saturday where we were 3 goals up at HT, bring him on and see how it goes. McIver wins a lot in the air and Allan could possibly feed off that.
  24. I’m ecstatic about the start we’ve had and I’m not being critical as the team have been brilliant. I was just wondering if it would be a worthwhile exercise bringing in a coach on a short term basis the way we did with Christophe Berra to work with our front men. The chances we create and miss is still a bit worrying and could maybe start costing us games. As I say though don’t want to sound negative, just wondered if it would be worth trying.
