Could have saved themselves some time by listening to Never Never and realising it wasn't really his specialist subject.

The Danes in particular are miles ahead when it comes to renewable energy & general infrastructure. They have a biomass plant just outside Copenhagen that has to import rubbish from Sweden & Norway as there isn't enough in Denmark alone to keep it running at peak efficiency.

Couple of posters on here clearly not fans of Billy Connollys finer work.

Maria McKee was probably the surprising one that I liked, did make a tit of myself by not listening to what she was saying then asking why she was singing a Fergal Sharkey song.

Read that last month & really enjoyed it, the ending really did throw me as I didn't see it coming at all.

Although most of the books are fine in any order I would recommend doing them in the order they were written as a lot of the characters develop brilliantly through the series, my main favourites being Sam Vimes, Detritus the troll and The Librarian. There is also the sense of progress in technology during the later books with various earth inventions coming into play & for example if you read making money before going postal you are getting the main character back to front.

It's the same pish everytime England shite it on tour. It's either dodgy pitches or the wrong ball. Tear stained pish, they've simply been utterly outclassed in every aspect of the game here. The Aggers article linked earlier was utterly pathetic stuff. Everything will be set up for them favourably in the next test although there is the question as to whether the SG will behave like the Dukes & Kookaburra pink ball. Jimmy will be back & Chris Woakes will potentially be picked as the ball should swing & seam more so he could be batting 9 which means next to no tail. Good teams find a way to win in all conditions so blaming the pitch is a pathetic excuse.
