  3. Arsenal 3-1 Liverpool (1-1 HT) @ Emirates Stadium . 4.30pm. Premier League. A deserved win for the home side. After Gabriel levelled with an OG (45) the game was in the balance until a rare van Dijk / Alisson mix up gifted them a 2nd and a late 3rd sealed it. Crowd 60,374.

  5. Vale of Leithen 2-4 Blackburn United (1-1 HT) @ Victoria Park . 2.30pm. EOSFL 1st Division. 1-1 heading into the last 15 minutes it was the visitors who struck twice ️️ to lead 3-1 before a late Vale fightback was ended with the last kick from the penalty spot. Crowd 43.

  7. He did get a lot of praise early on as he settled really well but he did have a bit of a drop off starting around the Luton game at the beginning of November. Probably understandable new country and league etc. And then picked up an injury. Good to see him back will be a big player in the run in. Brilliant last night .
  8. Despite only being 20 he already has 13 caps for Northern Ireland. With Robertson back could be behind Gomez for a run out again at right back. McConnell and Quansah both starting today in CM and CD no shortage of talent coming through and getting a chance. Will be interesting to see how Jurgen Klopp's replacement handles them.
  9. Whitburn 6-3 Vale of Leithen (3-2 HT) @ Central Park . EOSFL 1st Division. 2pm. The home side 2-0 up and looked to be cruising until Vale fought back to 2-2 and then 4-3 but Whitburn secured the 3 points with 70th ️ and 90th ️ minute strikes. Crowd 165.

  12. Fulham 1-1 Liverpool (0-1 HT) 2-3 on Aggregate @ Craven Cottage . League Cup Semi Final 2nd Leg. 8pm. The visitors ahead at the break but Fulham levelled 15 mins from time. Liverpool held on though to reach the final against Chelsea again at Wembley next month. Crowd 24,320.
  13. Heart of Midlothian 3-2 Dundee (0-2 HT) @ Tynecastle Park . 7.45pm. cinch SPFL Premiership. The visitors shocked the hosts with 2 well taken 1st half goals. Hearts fought back though and even saw a penalty saved at 1-2 before Oda won it in the 86th minute. Crowd 18,185.
  14. AFC Bournemouth 0-4 Liverpool (0-0 HT) @ Vitality Stadium . Premier League. 4.30pm. A goalless 1st half but 2 goals apiece from Darwin Nunez ️️ and Diogo Jota ️️ sealed 3 big points for the leaders on the road. Jurgen Klopp’s Reds move 5 points clear. Crowd 11,228.
  15. Bonnyrigg Rose 2-1 Falkirk (1-1 HT) @ New Dundas Park . Scottish Cup R4. Brilliant cup tie which passed a morning pitch inspection. The home side ahead early on but the 26 game unbeaten visitors levelled. With ET looming Rose won it in 90th minute. Scenes . Crowd 1801.
  16. Spartans 1-2 Heart of Midlothian (0-1 HT) @ Ainslie Park Stadium . Scottish Cup R4. 12:15pm. Hearts ahead early on but Spartans stunned them with a brilliant James Craigen equaliser before a stoppage time winner. Sell out crowd of 3500 brilliantly hosted by Spartans .
  17. Rangers 2-2 FC Copenhagen (1-0 HT) @ Ibrox Stadium . 8pm. The home side twice ahead but the visitors levelled twice both times heading ️ in from corners at the near post. Decent game for a friendly. Crowd of around 20,000.
  18. Vale of Leithen 1-6 Newtongrange Star (0-2 HT) @ Victoria Park . 2.30pm. Bottom Top in the EOSFL 1st Division and some clinical finishing saw the Star ️ run out convincing winners. Vale had their chances but could only manage a consolation at 0-4. Crowd 101.
  19. Hutchison Vale 1-2 Broxburn Athletic (0-1 HT) @ Ainslie Park Stadium . 7.45pm. Brilliant game at the top of the EOSFL Premier Division. The visitors 2-0 up from the spot and long range but the home side fought back and just couldn’t find an equaliser. Crowd 336.

  21. Falkirk 1-0 Queen of the South (0-0 HT) @ Falkirk Stadium . cinch League One. 3pm. The Doonhamers frustrated the league leaders for 45 minutes but conceded ️ just after the restart and never threatened an equaliser. The home side now unbeaten in 24 games . Crowd 4769.
