Not exactly, no. Sutton called Cantwell out for doing silly dances. Rather personal but I suppose he is entitled to air his opinion about it. So I was wondering what he'd now have to say about Kyogo doing it (spoiler: he won't say a thing). The homophobic abuse, however, is more to do with the element of fans you see online (and not online, I suppose, as evidenced by Celtic fans recorded signing a song calling Cantwell a Rangers b*tty boy) that target Cantwell as a result of the dancing. Those I was referring to as the TikTok Todd Brigade, a separate issue from Sutton. Cantwell gets homophobic abuse which has nothing to do with his football ability, which is why I was questioning if those same people would have the same view about Kyogo, regardless of how good a player he may be. Or they may share your opinion in that he will escape criticism just because he is a good player.

As mentioned above by @bennettI think Hibs try and play well and are maybe not far off it all coming together. There is obviously a clear philosophy of trying to play it out from the back and beat the press, but I think you need a more competent passer as a goalkeeper for it. That being said, when it works (and it did on a few occasions last night) you do end up with a decent overload in midfield. I thought second half Marcondes took up some great positions to offer himself to collect the ball but was often overlooked, but on the few occasions he did receive it, he got you right up the park. As you mention, a good couple of additions defensively with players that are comfortable with the ball under pressure will see that improve a lot.

Very scrappy opening to the game, thought both Raskin and Cantwell were miles off it but we did seem to settle once we got ahead. A really brilliant chip through from Lundstram to set up Ridvan for the first and the second goal right before half time killed it. Butland impressive as usual with a couple of important saves and Dessers took his goal very well.

No Goldson tonight due to suspension so it'll be Souttar and Balogun at the back with Davies injured. I'd imagine Dessers will get the nod up front with McCausland on his right, though I'm unsure if it'll be Silva or Matondo on the other side.

Agreed. Thistle primarily pay his wages to play football, not coach the women's team which I am assuming is "extra curricular" to his playing contract. It's not a case of him deciding what is more important - he is literally employed, first and foremost, to play football.

I feel that Sam North is getting a bit of unjustified heat, IMO. I know a lot of people can’t really take to vloggers and YouTubers at matches, but I do feel he is a bit of an exception and uses his platform to promote the Scottish game at various levels rather than make it all about himself like others do. He seems to be doing it in more of an official capacity now too. I watched one of his recent features on the Dundee Utd v Raith game and thought it was excellent. Really good exposure to our game.

Aye I’d heard that we’d approached them to take him on loan as well but due to Liverpool’s injury crisis at left back they weren’t keen to let him go.
