We've been balls. Barely had a shot apart a Simpson header. Have to give credit to St Johnstone their pressing in midfield has been excellent. I'd consider taking Itten off and going to a 3 in midfield with Arfield to get more of a grip there.

A lot of it is the big Italian and Spanish clubs being annoyed that the team that finishes 20th in the Premier League gets the same or not much less in TV money than the champions of their own leagues get. Which is why they are desperate for the Super League to happen eventually.

I mean at the moment Spurs are only less than €140m euros in revenue behind both PSG and Bayern. That would easily be made up if the Super League goes ahead. Ultimately it comes down to whether fans migrate over to the SL from the Champions League. I think a huge number will.

With the money involved all the permanent Super League teams would quickly and clearly become the best in the world.

I mean you come potentially argue that the performance was more important than the result in the recent league dead rubber but that makes exactly zero sense for Sunday's game.
