Today we've had a solid enough first half but aside from set pieces the keeper hasn't had a save to make. Queens get a goal back because our midfielders filling in at the back do not have defensive positioning (not their fault in fairness). Second half we just couldn't buy a goal. Murray taking off half of our actual defenders was fucking pointless. Easton has done little of any significance since he scored against Arbroath. Jack Hamilton is frustrating he does a power of work off the ball and scored today, but how many chances does he have compared to actual goals. Next week is the Scottish Cup so at least we can't lose any more ground.

I was thinking about this recently as well and it's a real first world problem compared to where we've been over the last 25 years. There must be some sort of financial incentive to going up. However its hardly like its the English premier league and their 100 million and what the club wins will end up being spent on players, wages and facilities. If somehow we get up I'd hope the club are sensible with it and we take it as a free hit. Tour a lot of grounds we've not been to for a long time, cause a few upsets and have some great afternoons at a packed San Starko. If we stay up it has to be done in a sustainable fashion and not the Livingston, Dundee, Pars, Gretna etc model. Anyway all pie in the sky thinking at the minute. Onwards to what I expect will become 16 cup finals.

Just on the Hannah situation, if he went to say Cowdenbeath for example. He'd still be training at the rovers full time and playing games there on the Saturday. So it would make sense to get him some game time, players especially young ones need to play.
