We sadly can't afford to sack Bartley till say the later part of the year .
We are allready going to lose a six figure sum from last season plus double this year bottom line is we should not be full time on crowds of 900 .

My thing is okay if you must gamble sign him but with a option of another year not just give him a 2 year deal why do that .
I imagine to come up here he will be on a decent contract plus do we still give our English players a free flat in Hamilton certainly did that before with the likes of Ayo and others.

Hutchinson does put the effort in but he really is a very poor nothing to do with lack of service.
Usually a player has something that he is good at but he has nothing really the blame is all Marvs what he seen in him I have no idea and to give him a 2 year deal is very poor management
Will be amazed if any club takes him on loan .

He puts the effort in but has nothing to offer .
It worries me giving Bartley another transfer window he will just bring in players to make up the numbers not really matter if they are any good .

Yet another poor home performance I suppose at least we did not lose .
We are missing a few key players but somehow we have to try and get goals in the team.
Several of Bartley signings are just not good enough a example is Hutchinson Why sign him on a 2 year deal he offers nothing I can guarantee he will not get us goals.
Right now we are miles away from being good enough for the play offs I really are not holding up much hope that Bartley can get the quality in we need .

That was 2 very poor teams neither deserved to win .
That was as poor as i have seen Alloa against us a half decent Queens team would have got us the win but sadly we are miles away from that .
Plenty of effort but you just need that bit of quality that sadly we don't have .
Hutchinson is a good example trys hard but he is miles away from the quality we need.
What Marv sees in him I have no idea.

I always thought Cove had a big money backer that was why they went completely full time .
Does your squad have many part time players .
I really wish Queens would try a mix of full and part time players right now we are going nowhere being completely full time .
Most part time players make more with a job than any of our full time players.

Our home game v Montrose on 24th Feb is now a 5.30 ko Live on BBC Alba.
Away from that not looking like we are going to add to the squad this week really need to somehow add quality to try and push for the playoffs .

Looking at the form table for the last 10 games, we're somehow in third behind Dundee Utd and Raith Rovers. It's a close league and we've done well to get ourselves back in the mix.
More impressive is conceding only 8 goals in those last ten games, second only to Utd. Curious to see what January brings. Would like to keep Wilson and Strapp for the rest of the season, though don't know how likely the latter is. The Wilson one is unusual - seen as a fairly underwhelming loan at the start of the season. That likely justified being able to leave QoS for a higher league with little expectation of playing a key role, but he has been playing well lately and is a decent, though unremarkable, championship midfielder - something QoS would surely want.
A fit Iain Wilson would get in most Championship teams midfield.
The loan is due to end we can recall him it would be like a new signing but I don't think he wants to come back does not get on with Bartley think he will stay with you

I wish all we had to worry about was a new PA guy.
On to the important stuff Reilly is going to be a huge miss Doherty and Hutchinson work hard but neither has a goal threat.
Why both have 2 year deals I have no idea yet another strange decision from Bartley.

We never do well against Alloa .
We will have at least 5 players out for this. Reilly will be a huge miss our main goal threat .
Maybe Marv will add quality to the squad this week highly unlikely as his recruitment has been very poor so far.

It is a massive blow to have Reilly out for a few weeks yet another added to our long injury list .
Our only real goal threat has gone no way Doherty or Hutchinson will step up both are on the Marv list of very poor signing yet have 2 year deals.
Marv going to add to the squad no doubt it will be boys on loan with no experience.

Never known a squad to have as many injuries picked up at training. Friday seems a popular day for tweeks, twinges and pulls! Thought it was usually a day for tactical side and working on set pieces.
Training should be intense like playing a game every day .
No point having non contact just running all the time .
Injuries are just bad luck look at McKay he just opened up to shoot on Friday hurt his hamstring things like that happen .

Efe has been friends with Marv for years he certainly will not move away because of him .Efe lives 10 mins away from where we train so unless he gets a crazy offer from Cove to move to Aberdeen then we should still be able to offer him a decent deal to keep him till the end of the season .
For me he could take on the reserve manager job he has so much experience to pass on to the young players

Our most difficult away game Falkirk are unbeaten and heading for the Championship .
We wil be missing a few key players for this if we can somehow scramble a draw it would be a great result .

Marvin is looking to add to the squad for me we need a Iain Wilson type in midfield to start with .
I would give Efe a deal till the end of the season .
Hope we don't go down the route again of a young player in on loan we really need experience .
We really could do to get a few players out but that is very difficult to do.

Would the loan suit Morton make sure he was fit enough to get a new contract if not then we would have got him back .
Surely they paid all his wages every loan set is different but clubs usually only pay part of the wages if you are developing the player like we are doing with our loans .
