It’s the old cliche of just making sure we get as many points on the board as possible. So many connotations for this league it blows your mind. I’m split 50/50 Optimist wants Alloa / pessimist wants Dundee

Who do we want to win tonight all binary and non-binary entities out there of the Ayr United persuasion? Alloa win and everybody has squeaky bums but brings the Dee potentially closer Alloa lose and puts a wee bit more daylight down below but puts the Dee that wee bit further ahead.

Don’t think we would be on the radar to be honest

Kerr is bound to get some negative comments while Hopkin will be lauded today. This, of course can change as each game progresses. Kerr, unfortunately, has been judged against his predecessor while Hopkin likewise, and also, his previous managerial position. I liked Kerr and could see what he was trying to do - it just didn’t work out quick enough for him. Hopkin, likewise, but is just in the door, and deserves to be given at least the same time as Kerr was afforded. On another note, still absolutely buzzing after that game last night. In my eyes, I still see the Dundee teams as a reasonably big scalp no matter what league we play in.

We looked like a very well drilled, very well organised side with a perfect tactical game plan for the opposition in front of us - got to be a massive round of applause for the manager in that respect. As far as every game between now and the end of the season - just don’t lose!
