Things you want to share with P&B
Ebanda's Handyman Services replied to Ad Lib's topic in The General Nonsense Forum
Thought I'd share this on the off chance that any members will get any benefit from it... I am currently filling several positions in a dynamic contact centre based in the borders. They have recently taken on some new contracts. They are growing fast and need your help. Have you got customer service experience? Are you looking for full time temp employment for approx 2 months (possibly more). Are you willing to travel? The details are: Inbound calls, sales and customer services (shift work) - full time hours at minimum wage: £6.08 - the main rate for workers aged 21 and over £4.98 - the 18-20 rate £3.68 - the 16-17 rate for workers above school leaving age but under 18 Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel to the borders (approx 1 hr from Edinburgh city centre by car). Please can you contact me if you are interested or pass this email on to anyone else you know who might be interested. T: 0131 225 5633 F: 0131 2266657 The wages are shocking but it might tide someone over for a couple of months. Better than the buroo! -
5 True Statements About Yourself...
Ebanda's Handyman Services replied to Silvio's topic in Top Fives
Possible whoosh here but didn't you state that you weren't good at maths because you only put four statements down when it was meant to be five?... -
Rovers_Lad, aye?! Let's stop all of this real fan, not a real fan pish. The fact of the matter is that every single person who contributes to the Rovers financially is vital. We're all equal in that we all love our club and only want to see the best for it. Some folk are negative about the situation and some folk tend to veer towards positivity whatever is happening. Such is life. I've probably seen more bad than good in the 26 years I've followed the club but I feel that memories of the bad only serve to make the good times that little bit more special.

The boy on the left looks like a fat version of Kyle Falconer from The View. -
So we should just let our best player leave with half a season to go and lose our most potent goal threat in the process?! Who would we replace Baird with? Is this player going to miraculously turn his supposed no hope team-mates into players that Europe's elite will be scouting every week? Too far?! Just a wee bit.

Take a wee sook though, eh? I boosted it to 20p but a genius post like that is worth a quid at least. -
The name of a group of fundraisers is incredibly irrelevant though. We could call ourselves, 'The Fundraising Rovers c***s' or 'The League of Extraordinary Fundraising Gentlemen' but the group would ultimately have the same focus of raising money for the football club. That latter would also alienate women. Every Rovers fan, "Just wants to watch football". Some realise that we might not have a Raith Rovers football team to watch without raising additional funds for the club.

Totally agree too although there may be other reasons that we aren't aware of for the game being played on Tuesday. I trust that the gate money will be split with Cowden so you think Cowden would have preferred that too. The Rovers could have made a wee bit on the bar with the Scotland game being on the three tvs.
