Shuggie_Murray7
He would make a great heel character, just follow the parts of the video to see the whole match vs Punk.
Parscelona
Anyone see Smackdown? It looks like they're turning Daniel Bryan heel rather than Big Show.
djchapsticks
Anyone see Smackdown? It looks like they're turning Daniel Bryan heel rather than Big Show. If they book him correctly, then good. Bryan was a fantastic heel in ROH as he was an aggressive, vicious wee b*****d. Full of nasty pummelling elbows and kerb stomps to the head. Of course his level of opponent size was Roderick Strong, Jamie noble, CM Punk, Homicide etc, no-one quite as big as who they'd have him booked in against nowadays. Unfortunately though, they'll make him the coward, instead of building him up as some people hate for being good
Quentin Taranbino
What do people make of Drews segments and match on Smackdown? Push? Face Turn?
J_Stewart
Let the "Brock Lesner back to WWE" rumours start with a vengence now then...
DomDom
Daniel Bryan being the heel makes absolutely perfect sense. Push AND a face turn coming for Drew McIntyre I think.
DomDom
Oh, and if I wanted UFC spoilers, I'd go to the UFC thread you fucking spenk. -
#Gary
That was all part of the devious plan. Brock will be on Raw this Monday
Paulo Sergio
SmackDown was decent last night I thought - a very good ending - and the fighting in the lift was well done and quite unique. Roll on 02/01/2012, New Year derby and Raw is Jericho. Edited December 31, 2011 by Paulo Sergio

I only caught the Barrett/Orton match and really enjoyed it. There's just something about a backstage brawl that you can't beat!!!
Marshmallo
Happy New Year when it comes to you lads. This is the best thread on the internet.
Dindeleux
Can I make 3 predictions here? None of them educated but I've got a feeling........... 1 - Lesnar will return at Rumble...........and win 2 - Lesnar will win a title and end the Takers streak at Mania 3 - WWE will turn Lesnar into the biggest star in the companys history
DomDom
He is NOT facing Taker. Taker is facing HHH at Mania. That is almost pretty much set in stone. The Rumble thing is a good shout. They have a guy in Orton who could well be out for Mania, so they might try and bring Lesnar in quick and create a megastar right off the bat.
forehead7
I presume Lesnar lost last night at UFC? I don't see how that automatically means he'll be coming back to the WWE
DomDom
He retired, and he said before that he'd like to be back in WWE. Makes sense.
forehead7
He retired, and he said before that he'd like to be back in WWE. Makes sense. Ah right, I don't follow it at all. Seems weird he'd retire, but whatever. If he's out of his UFC contract/obligations then I can totally see him being in the Mania card, as long as there isn't a no-complete clause type thing in effect. Happy new year wrestling folk, I agree with Marshmallo, this is probably my favourite thread here.

Happy new year wrestling folk, I agree with Marshmallo, this is probably my favourite thread here. I think he's still under contract to UFC, so unless he agrees a deal with Dana White to get out of it, White probably won't give him the go ahead to work for WWE. I thought, in terms of main stream wrestling (WWE), 2011 was a pretty good year compared to the last few. So while we're on the topic, lets try drum up some conversation. What are your: Superstar of the year 2011 - CM Punk Match of the year 2011 - John Cena vs CM Punk, Money in the Bank Feud of the year 2011 - CM Punk vs the WWE PPV of the year - Money in the Bank It's fair to say that, for me, 2011 was the year of Punk. Feel free to add catagories.
bkay
Really doubt we will see Lesnar in WWE anytime soon. He looks ill and he will be banged up
djchapsticks
Ah right, I don't follow it at all. Seems weird he'd retire, but whatever. I think his MMA ability has been really hindered by the two bouts (one very serious) of diverticultis he had. Makes sense to chuck it to be honest.
DomDom
Really doubt we will see Lesnar in WWE anytime soon. He looks ill and he will be banged up If he can be declared fit for MMA, he'd be fit enough for WWE. It wouldn't be a full time schedule obviously, but it'd be enough. WWE need what they can get at the moment, and would be willing to negotiate. Superstar of the year 2011 - Randy Orton Match of the year 2011 - John Cena vs CM Punk, Money in the Bank Feud of the year 2011 - Christian vs. Randy Orton PPV of the year - Money in the Bank I'm gonna go with a "from elsewhere lot"... Wrestler of the Year - Akira Tozawa Match of the Year - Kevin Steen vs. El Generico, Ladder Match - PWG Steen Wolf Feud of the Year - Kevin Steen vs. ROH Show of the Year - PWG Steen Wolf Edited January 1, 2012 by DomDom
