ObserverFromAfar
I heard the players were getting paid by Paypal transfer this month or was it early next month. I think you mis-heard. I thought the players were praying for Papal intervention to make this miracle of biblical proportions happen. Edited to correct a typing error. veteran
To all Clyde supporters - buy up some of the Livi debts - apply to the courts to have them put into administration - sit back and await the arrival of the equivalent of 15 points on your total for the season.

Zanetti
Would anyone be interested in an XL black Superdry windcheater jacket? I'm never going to wear it so I'll gladly consider any offers. Edited April 28, 2009 by Zanetti

Brilliant! The semi-literate flim-flammer doesn't quite explain why he didn't jump at the original £600k offer, instead allowing his business acumen to guide him towards accepting one pound. Ah well. Guest
Twas the night before payday and not a mouse stirred. It was so quiet you could hear a pound note drop ..So what do you think. Payday or naepay???? No excuses this time It's the last Thursday and the last day of the month...Is it just coincidence that the madman is away in Italy?? If there is ONE day when Livingston FC have to pay their staff, then tomorrow is it. Everything previous to this has tended to be seen in isolation of everything else. Tomorrow isn't just payday, it is probably the day which is likely to be their watershed moment as to whether or not the club has a pulse. For those who have stuck with this grubby lot, and who have been unwilling to toe the party line knowing that things were far from right, then hats off to you. There still seems to be an air of "we're a big important club that a rich person will indulge" amongst too many of the dwindling support. They really do need to snap out of it, and fast. You can't help but feel those self same do nothing individuals would be the first to throw pelters if Livingston became a Trust based club because the Trust weren't spending enough.

thejailender
According to the Official Livi website, Livi and West Lothian Council have agreed a fee for Livingston to purchase the Almondvake stadium. Livi Website A bit of a big spend by the chairman, I thought clubs were quite happy just to rent stadia these days...
