I'd be amazed if they get past the start of the financial year without the baillifs ect closing them down. He obviously didn't pay for the floor though ... He's trying to rally the troops but he needs to keep the troops included instead of just the clique. It's one thing having a go at the others who are having a dig at you, but no point having a go at Ged. I wasn't at the meeting either (before you ask) and haven't got a clue what it was about, but its no bad thing if some people getting together and working out whats happening and what would be required should our club go tits up - these types of meetings can't involve everyone at day 1 so lets put some trust in other Livi supporters' for a change. Depends what the meeting was about?? What I am saying though is if you are going to go on a public board and name and shame then its going around it the wrong way IMO in order to have yourself invited to any subsequent meeting/s. Flynn was trying yet another shady manouvere, but the Italians cottoned on to it and are trying to get the club's money paid to the club. Think about it, Flynn sold a nightclub (after trying to hawk it to anyone with a pulse) belonging to Livingston Football Club to a house builder, when the shit hits the fan last year he claims that all the money was put back into the club and that he took nothing. And the apologists and arse lickers buy the story. Now that he has extricated himself (he thinks) from the shite he is claiming the money to be his. He took a club with no debt and turned it into a club with £1.2 million of debt in it's last books which were to June 2007 and it showed a £500,000 loss for that year. Liabilities at that point were 128% of net worth!! I hope that there is an investigation into the conduct of the directors which can go back for three years and Flynn is found out for the asset stripper and chancer that he allegedly is!!
