Bobby Skidmarks
Can anyone in the Falkirk area who is of the gossiping, social networking, in-the-know type, shed any light on why the Police helicopter is circling the area in which I live? If you could also message Police Scotland's FB or Twitter feed and tell them to GTF please. The bairn's asleep and the racket that chopper makes is going to wake her up! Philpys wife has abandoned PMing posters who cross her husband and is now hunting them down in an Apache.
Lambie's Pigeon Feed
This is almost certainly your problem. You will need an extractor that will shift about 4-6 air changes per hour, preferably with a humidistat that will activate to lower the relative humidity automatically, this and a run on timer should sort you out. Even better would be a heat recovery unit, a lot dearer but will do a brilliant job. I'm in a ground floor tenement, bathroom is in the centre with no windows. I've lived here 4 years, think bathroom prob converted 6 years ago, had no damp or mould issues until shower screen came off and some water ran down the wall. It does seem steamier now though and problem picking up pace. Given location ken how much this all costs? Is there anything else I can do? Extractor looks basic... Cheers for help

Cheers for help Without knowing how much space you have, (don't for f**k sake knock lumps out of the ceiling and take a photo) you would probably be best looking for an A rated inline fan that runs 24/7 at a trickle rate and boosts(via a pir detector) when the bathroom is occupied. If you have a City Electrical Factors or Ross Electrics nearby, they should be able give over the counter advice on products and prices.

I'm guessing there's no alternative to replacement? Can you guess a rough cost including installation?
KnightswoodBear
The Nasty Spot in Clydebank was like that. An awful shitehole that stayed open til 4am and was boggin. And don't forget the underlying threat of violence.

Fuctifano
Is there any particular reason seagulls are going absolutely tits at all hours at the moment? Mating season or seagull equivalent of T in the park? Wish we could shoot the fuckers.

Honest Saints Fan
Any cat owners on here bought that Feliway diffuser for their cat and does it work? I've used Feliway spray. Used it moving house from Rutherglen to Inverness and it did seem to calm them down whilst driving up and in our new house too.

Bobby Skidmarks
Cats and seagulls can f**k right off. Utterly useless. Cats shouldn't even be included in that sentence. Cats are fucking brilliant.
Archie
Cats are fuckin rubbish. If they actually had thumbs, they'd sit around yer house wankin over dead birds they'd dragged into yer back garden. As for seagulls, who the f**k wants the ride at 4.45am unless yer hungover or on a comedown. Shut up.
Honest_Man#1
I'm not a huge fan of cats but I wouldn't say they are useless at all, they're great for keeping pests out (or dead). I actually like them okay as pets but when they scratch on the bedroom door/jump onto your face/knock over a vase at 4am when you're up at 7 for work, I would happily murder the wee fuckers without a semblance of guilt*. *I don't have cats but my girlfriend does, so the killing of them would probably cause a slight rift in the relationship.
