Even with Barry "no plan a or b" Smith in charge you can't beat us.Fwiw I sat in the supporters bar in New BayView at the start of the season and felt sorry for the supporters in there. All seemed a reasonable bunch of guys who had been let down by the players and management that day. One director had the balls to come in and was hounded. I can honestly say that’s one of the dullest season’s I’ve ever spent following the Rovers, title challenge or no title challenge. At least the Anelka season had an, “I was there” quality, while last season had some genuine laugh out loud moments, but that one? Lumpen dreck from September onwards. I think I enjoyed about five games, at a push. The team’s regression over the last two years is pretty remarkable, and the people involved in decision making at the club over that time should be genuinely embarrassed.
