Raith Against The Machine
Entertaining enough pre-season fare. Wighton is obviously very skilled with the ball at his feet, and throws himself into headers with more gusto, and technique, than you'd expect. Definitely in the 'Mark Stewart' role tonight though. Very fluid unit behind him, lots of buzzing about. Anderson much more central than we've ever really seen before. Hell of a tan on him, too. No idea on the trialist. Don't recognise him. Could conceivably be Aaron Birch, but a quick Google suggests to me it's probably not him.
Zen Archer (Raconteur)
Pretty decent half for Raith.
Raithie
1-0 Hearts. McGurn would have saved that.
Raith Against The Machine
1-0 Hearts. McGurn would have saved that. Not convinced. Looked like it took a touch and looped into the top corner.

Raith Against The Machine
Trialist has gone into central midfield. He's been turned a couple of times, and I don't think he's touched the ball yet.

Scary Bear
On the grounds thing, I haven't travelled to away games much recently. 16 to go, although I had been to Love Street, Douglas Park, Meadowbank, Kilbowie and Brockville. The only two Premier League grounds I've not been to are ICT and Ross County. In our league I'm yet to visit Livi, Falkirk, QoS, Alloa, St Mirren, Dumbarton. I'll maybe tick off one or two of those this season.

Raith Against The Machine
Sure the trialist is Birch. You're almost certainly right. The couple of Google images I had a look at at half time didn't look too much like him, but that Twitter photo is pretty close.
Paco
Grant Anderson up front is bold. Maybe the absence of Stewart contributed to that, in fairness. Didn't think we looked too bad at all, aside from lacking a bit of firepower. Some encouraging signs.
San Starko Saltires
Trialist was Euan Smith who was at Kilmarnock last year
