jimbaxters
3 hours ago, Derry Alli said: €13 for minute steak and tatties. Must have been an expensive bit of lemon. The 13 notes was for the pasta, meat (I'll stop saying steak) and the tatties side, quarter litre of wine, water, coffee, bread and good service. It's a right good feed for the price of a McDonalds meal. 3 hours ago, Mark Connolly said: Is rocket pesto authentic? Smashed avocado with Paprika and Cianne pepper on toasted sourdough topped with an egg. Well done on ensuring no background is showing. Looks good, except for the avocado. johnnydun
Although the bairns focus has wandered away from becoming a Chef, there's still a talent in there. The brief was a celebration cake that could be associated with another country.

GHF-23
An attempt to make something a bit more attractive than my usual delicious but messy plates. Herb crusted rack of lamb, fennel and honey carrots, potato dauphinois, pea and mint puree, lamb sauce and rosemary salt powder Edited March 31 by GHF-23
stimpy
First try at wrapping up my burger like this. Only issue was the water pissing out of the tomato all over the shop (and from the fantastically juicy burger). Would still prefer a roll but OK for a big lad trying no to be a big lad.
Derry Alli
You'd have been better off just laying it all on a board and attacking it with a chopping knife making it a mound if meat and veg then just wrapping it as normal in the wrap, IMO.
HeartsOfficialMoaner
Making myself a scran and it is going to be a 'make it up as you go along' recipe using a chilli shrimp sauce I used on Friday. I think I used too much on Friday, my arse on Saturday morning ! My piles! Going to be adding a wee mixture of coriander/spring onions/ garlic that has been pulverised. Pak Choi, green beans, tin of sardines and brown rice (for the fibre). Edited April 3 by HeartsOfficialMoaner

But I have the excuse I was a bottle and a half of vino blanco in when I started.

Just trying things out. However I do like bite into the burger rather than burger flavoured mush.
