Cous cous rehydrated in vegetable stock with dried apricots, reduced fat feta cheese, diced tomato, sliced celery and grilled aubergine.

2 sausage buttys, and now some nachos. Christ, my diet isn't improving at all, no willpower. mhak, i should be taking a leaf out of your book, but i cant put my mind to it :(

Had a Chicken Korma calzone last night when I got back from the pub, was good but I've never seen so much chicken in a takeaway meal in all my life!

Think I went over the LD50 for chicken, tbh, eating it! :lol:

Last night's meal was pretty good: steamed some asparagus, then baked it with 2 quartered tomatoes, a salmon fillet, olive oil and balsamic vinegar before serving it on a bed of lettuce, rocket, cucumber and steamed carrots.
