I spent a fortune in Tesco kitting out the kids with hats and gloves, a couple of warm jumpers and a scarf for Charlie, walked out of the store and got a sunburn. But last night, due to the harsh weather conditions I also gave him a microwaveable heatpad AND a hot water bottle. I'm sure the heat would have been appalling for him last night.
