KnightswoodBear Posted September 26, 2015 Share Posted September 26, 2015 Incidentally, I think a combination of advancing years and fatherhood putting me well out of practice on the bevvy, the very thought of getting pished two nights in a row gives me the cold sweats. I went out for a few after work the other Friday, nothing major and up the road on the last train. The next day I had to go up to our flat and reseal the shower and then I was going to our game against Livingston. I just about passed out whilst doing the shower and then sat at the game with my brain trying it's best to explode from the top of my napper. That is a pretty terrible state of affairs. I bet though, if you weren't driving and didn't have to go to your flat, you would have been totally fine after a beer. A hangover of that scale is a state of mind, in my experience.
