There was a group of teenagers pointing and laughing, so I figured it must be a prank call. Turned out that they'd been dicking around on the roof, and their mate had developed a sudden case of acrophobia, so they'd had to call the authorities to get him down - he was hanging on for dear life and looked terrified.
