I mean... the clue's in the name. I had never noticed the bear on the Toblerone sign until it was pointed out to me. Apparently this is when a couple invite everyone round so that they can pop a helium baloon filled with either pink or blue confetti and then everyone loses their shit with excitment. I trust no P&Bers have ever been involved in this kind of attention seeking shite? If so, hand yourself into the police immediately.
