Audaces Fortuna Juvat
XSLF coming soon. Unusual in that it is well-priced and local.

JamieStevenson
Elton John burnt a fucking big hole in my pocket though.
Ira Gaines
Count me in the CHVRCHES lot. Think I'll skip The Twilight Sad this time given it'll likely be the exact same set as they did for Editors support.
Miguel Sanchez
Seeing The Twilight Sad would be the only way to get any value from your ticket, though.
Ira Gaines
If you don't like CHVRCHES maybe. But since I do, your point is null and void.
Mybitchunderprotest
Just back from Ash at the ABC, still sounding excellent. Mix of stuff from the new(ish) Kablammo and loads of oldies with a wee cover of Teenage Kicks chucked in.
NotThePars
Hudson Mohawke at the ABC on Friday. His live set at Field Day was triumphant and should be more so in his hometown and not in a muddy field.

Bailed out of going as clashes with a prior engagement sadly.
Miguel Sanchez
I hate it when I create expectation for things but The Twilight Sad on Saturday is going to be fucking spectacular.

It is I just thought it was a Friday a few months ago and naturally am incapable of remembering when it is.
ilostmyself
Went with the girlfriend to Alt-J at the Hydro last night. I hadn't heard any of their stuff beforehand but it was quite uninspiring. Possibly as bored as I've been at a gig for a long time. Seem to have a load of fans but not many big songs. If ever a venue didn't suit a band it was this right enough so maybe a smaller venue would be more interesting. Horrors and Ghost Poet in support who I really enjoyed even though the Horrors light show has damaged my retinas. Made me listen to Primary Colours again which is a fantastic record.
PrestersKTID
Got Def Leppard and Whitesnake at the Hydro on Thursday. Hopefully Def Leppard on second.
GrahamJags
I hate it when I create expectation for things but The Twilight Sad on Saturday is going to be fucking spectacular. This. Absolutely buzzing for it. The fact that James has been going on about how excited he is for this for months on social media has just made me even more excited.
Le Tout P'ti FC
Also going to Twilight Sad on Saturday. After Mogwai in June, I think my first trip to Barrowlands. First time I've seen them headline since Cafe Royal quite a few years back. Sound will be epic in that space!
