Go onto maps and type in SECC, there's a tunnel that goes between the SECC car parks and the train station(exhibition centre), it goes over the motorway. There's places over there.

Ahh, excellent, thanks.

Just got a phone call, an automated one, from Ticketmaster saying that if I wanted to I could go and see Pendulum again at the AECC by taking my ticket for Braehead and using that, effectively.

Would be decent if the roads weren't so fucked that I have no chance of getting up there.

I appareciate they didn't need to do anything for people who didn't get through for the Braehead date but this is just completely shite. The transport is still fucked and they have given next to no notice.

Yeah, if they'd given some kind of notice then it would've been fine. I know someone from Glasgow who's stuck up in Aberdeen as well...

I've just received an e-mail from the promotions company to say that I will be able to use my unused ticket for Braehead to save the princely sum of £5 on entry to a Pendulum DJ set at the Arches on New Years Day if I choose not to travel up to Aberdeen tomorrow. Don't know whether to laugh or cry at that kind of offer.

Least it's something. I (and 4000 others) got f**k all for missing frankie boyle on Monday night.

Bullet were epic! Some of the vocals were a bit quiet but still epic. They never played Hearts Burst Into Fire tho. :( Waking The Demon was superb! :D

BMTH were alot better than expected, plus they played the only 2 songs I like of them.

Atreyu were also surprisingly very good.

Fantastic night!

Firstly, Atreyu were very good, got the crowd going really well, great energy and stage presence! Bleeding Mascara was a great opener and Becoming The Bull and Gallows were fantastic.

IMO the best band of the night was Bring Me The Horizon. They were simply incredible, surpassing any expectations I had. Jona's clean vocals in F**k and The Sadness Will Never End sounded soooo good, and Blessed With a Curse was every bit as powerful live as it is on the album. And what a way to go out with the anthemic Diamonds Aren't Forever. Unfortunately there was no shortage of assholes in the crowd who booed them throughout the set and threw full cups of water at them and Matt's (drummer) frustration boiled over as he hurled a stick at a section of the crowd. Thankfully there were many others in the crowd who appreciate what they do. It was simply an amazing experience seeing them live.

Bullet were also fairly epic...was also surprised they didn't play Hearts Burst Into Fire and also Fever, but there was a good selection in their set. The curtain dropping to the sound of Your Betrayal at the start was truly epic...Bittersweet Memories with the camera panning across the crowd on the screen was a great touch, and The Last Fight in particular was incredible!

Absolutely amazing gig overall, one of the best I've ever experienced.
