I think you’ve just pretty much stated exactly why he left, tinpot club with a tinpot budget.

It'll be interesting to see Ray's strategy for January. We'd all like to replace the whole team but that won't be possible.

I think he'll focus on specific areas he sees as weaknesses and bring in quality in those positions. He clearly rightly saw left back as a weak position for us, so made a replacement there his first priority. 

From what  he's said a number 10 and wingers will be the next priorities.

Replace Muirhead with Robson and that's exactly who's leaving the club, along with Buaben. Many will be going this week.

Give 11 fans a vindaloo each and they'd probably shart out a better selection of "players" than the current crop after a few hours. Truly depressing watching them fail miserably to do the most basic of things required for a team to actually function.
