Yeah we’ve been turgid and we are in the shit but with 4 games left and what 4 points separating the bottom 5, then there’s a few twists yet to come. only if we turn up.......we do have a bit of fighting spirit but a mixture of shitebag tactics and no real creativity is our downfall..... Shitefesting single points now wont do us any good Edited April 9, 2019 by MrDust

BountyBairn
In a way very little has changed. We will still need to go and win games. We had to to do that before Saturday though, so time for Ray to make a statement and show us he’s capable of getting us back to winnng ways. If we go out with whimper, he can GTF.

Guest
Goodwin must be one very happy man tonight. He has absolutely read McKinnon his horoscope on how to go about getting the job done. In three games, he has achieved results that has taken McKinnon nine games to better. Says it all about walking the walk as opposed to talking the talk. As posted earlier RMcK has done fair better than PH done for us. The problem we face is that I’m not sure if snakes have balls. We need someone with balls picking the team and tactics. Massive laugh at Morton though. They are in a bad way, would be lovely to see them go down.

And I don't have a problem with that, considering the majority of teams in this league are better than us. Alloa aren't, however, and to try those same tactics against them was a massive, massive mistake. This opinion is clearly based on Alloa being a small club rather than anything that has happened on the park this season. In reality there is very little between 5th and 10th and the top four are all beatable too. And as I pointed out previously, shitfesting worked a treat for McKinnon in the two games at Alloa, where we looked far more uncomfortable than when better sides came and had a go. It was a pragmatic choice from McKinnon to stick with what had worked well previously. Five teams very much in the relegation battle now. Fascinating few weeks ahead.

Reggie Perrin
That last minute penalty at Dumfries last week really has been a knife to the guts.
roman_bairn
Exactly Harry. He needs to show the fans something. We deserve better. If we do go down, negative tactics are not what’s needed in League One. I’m becoming increasingly convinced that McKinnon does not know how to set the team up positively. He needs to go if we don’t at least go down fighting and picking up a few points in those remaining few games.....

roman_bairn
That last minute penalty at Dumfries last week really has been a knife to the guts.Yep,followed by a late winner on Saturday too. Would be interesting to see where we would be if we’d held out in both games. Yet McKinnon is being praised for shitfesting....
NUMBER 7
3 x £50,000 offers for Hippolite Scobbie and Keillor Dunn on the proviso we stay up might be our only way out of this, now that we have experience in tapping folk up, and paying folks off.

You obviously haven't seen us in other games bar Alloa but our games at Alloa were not shitfesting as we have seen in many others. We made an attempt to attack in both games with conviction and within our strengths helped by your narrow park. The latter game we had several chances(more than we had than Saturdays past) to seriously put it to bed but didn't and that's how it rolls, like the 2-2 game which Alloa should've won earlier at the TFS. We will learn about which players and management will stand up to the oncoming pressure last four games between the 5 clubs, Alloa for sure have the best run in having two six pointers with one against a team that has yet to beat you and playing two teams who will have feck all to play for in the last two. I cant see Alloa finishing bottom come May and our only hope is QoS and Morton now as I can see Partick getting at least one win from Ayr and points elsewhere
