conboyhibs
That is a random stab indeed. A natural right back who will be on the wrong side of thirty is your best guess for the left back of 2015? well all of the ones that had been guessed years ago were miles off so i went for one that could have done the opposite meaning they might be miles off now but surprisingly correct in the end.

Savage Henry
Gordon Hutton Berra McManus Fox () or Whittaker Dorrans Fletcher Brown Naismith McFadden Fleck That's not bad at all, actually. Although you fell for the hype of John Fleck. Kudos on Fox.
HoBNob
Who the hell is Ian Turner? Having seen him play for Dunfermline I wish I'd never known. Below seems quite amusing though. Everton player who signed from Stirling last year. Was on the bench for the derby match the other week - absolutely dynamite and will become a successful keeper at international level. Won't break through immediatly but give him 2 or 3 years times and he will be class/
Mr. Brightside
That's not bad at all, actually. Although you fell for the hype of John Fleck. Kudos on Fox. That is rather pleasing actually. The striking situation is poor though...

djchapsticks
Right, I'll post my Scotland XI for 31/12/2018, halfway through our doomed Euro 2020 qualifying campaign as things stand. GK - Bell DL - Lee Wallace DC - Gary Fucking Caldwell (still) DC - Grant Hanley DR - Phil Bardsley ML - James Forrest MC - James McArthur MC - John McGinn MR - Matt Phillips ST - Jordan Rhodes ST - Stephen Fletcher Subs - Tony Watt, Islam Feruz, Jack Harper, Robert Snodgrass, Tom Cairney, Denny Johnstone, Danny Wilson, Dylan Mcgeouch, Mackay-Steven, Kenny Mclean Our lack of centre halves coming through is terrifying. dane-don
Aye. 2018. Craig Gordon f**k knows about full-backs, I'll be amazed if it's anyone who currently has Scotland caps, given that they are all, to a man, shite. I'll go with Jack Grimmer for right-back and either Kevin McHattie or Clark Robertson for left-back Grant Hanley Danny Wilson(even though I think he's overrated and shite) Matthew Kennedy Fraser Fyvie James McArthur Liam Kelly Islam Feruz Tony Watt Subs: Matt Phillips, James Forrest, Keith Watson, Barry Bannan, Snodgrass, Steven Fletcher, Johnny Russell, GMS, Ryan Fraser, Declan Gallagher. It's probably likely that the majority of the team will be made up of players not many of us have currently heard of I think.
South Lanarkshire Jag
That is rather pleasing actually. The striking situation is poor though... It's quite a good shout since he got another cap 3 years on, not that he got his first less than 2 months after you predicted.
HoBNob
McGregor Grimmer Wilson Hanley Wallace McLean/Fyvie Bannan Forrest Harper Fraser Feruz I reckon their will be a few central midfielders and defenders we don't yet know about.

Mr. Brightside
If Steven Saunders could stay injury-free for a few years he could be a possibility. Highly unlikely though.
David W
Back in 2003 Soutar had a loan spell with someone (Brechin or Alloa I think) and was brilliant. He also played a few times for the U21s. Totally ridiculous shout now obviously. Ian Murray didn't ever really get a break with his injuries and Mark McLaughlin was in there purely as a Clyde shout, though he did have a decent SPL career with Hamilton. Edited to say: Soutar also has a Scotland B cap! Edited January 4, 2013 by David W
