DigOutYourSoul
Judging by the track with Kendrick that Kanye has put on sound cloud it looks like his new album could be a move back to proper rap. Relatively excited about it now.

Boostin' Kev
Going to make it a 2016 resolution of mine to try to improve probably the worst hip hop thread on the internet.

scotfree
As a 43-year-old guy, who loves the likes of King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Sigur Ros and such, I've just found out about Death Grips after hearing that Bowie was a big fan. All I can say is.....Holy f**k, they're good!
Boostin' Kev
They've no place in any hip hop thread imo.

Boostin' Kev
Snobbery/hipsterism is a really lazy response to someone who has a greater interest in a certain area.

Nobody cares what you think tbh. New Anderson .Paak album (who featured a lot on Compton) is vibes galore. Silky smooth with great disco influences. Gets very jamiroquai at times.
Boostin' Kev
Didn't expect casual fans like yourself to take my posts very well. You should care, I've been listening to the genre for close to 3 decades now and always kept up to date with current releases. That Anderson Paak album is quite good but could have done with being edited a bit more. It's probably more appropriate for the soul thread tbh.
